Moxie does it all; from sending quotes or proposals (yep you can do both; a simple quote or a beautifully designed proposal), onboarding via the customisable client portal, through to setting up and managing projects, tracking time (the time tracker is one of the best I've worked with) and invoicing. Then there is the CRM/sales funnel process, the budget forecasting section, the auto emails, the auto invoicing... and the incredible team behind Moxie. Oh and did I mention the wonderful facebook community... it actually does feel like a Moxie family; everyone is so supportive and helpful including the Moxie team. And... there are the amazingly helpful emails that Moxie send out with great marketing suggestions, thoughts and ideas, and the great webinars they run. If you use a range of tools, and are wanting to consolidate into one Moxie does just that. Will you get everything you had with all your separate tools? You might not right now, depending on what functionality you used in your previous tools, but the Moxie team are working hard to continue to develop Moxie and integrate the feature requests asked for. Some things they are doing very quickly, and some will take a bit more time. But as someone who is a very hard critic when it comes to software, I'm happy with where things are right now. There is nothing important I can't do that I was able to do with my other software. There are some bells and whistles I'd love to see in the future that would make a great little app amazing, but there are perfectly adequate workarounds in the meantime. And for the price you get way more bang for your buck than you would expect just as it is now. One thing I really love about Moxie (amongst the many things) is that I can keep almost all of my client related information in one place. I say almost as I use Xero as my accounting platform so there is a crossover there. I'm very excited to be a part of the Moxie journey as the software continues to grow and evolve. My business 100% relies on whatever client project management software I use. It's such a relief to find something that is backed by a team that I actually feel like I'm getting to know as people. And no; I've not been paid to say all this 😊... I'm quite a picky person when it comes to software and genuinely have only good things to say about Moxie.

The app is organized and very well laid out. Many features are packed within and allow me to fully manage my business easier by consolidating what would normally be many different web browser windows with many different user accounts and apps into one window with one account.

I had difficulty finding the right accounting software that met my needs. I signed up for multiple websites, and while many of them had good basic features like hour tracking and expense management, their invoice designs looked outdated. As a designer, it was important for me to send invoices that reflected a modern aesthetic, and not one that looked like a grocery order. That's when I came across Moxie. Although they currently offer only one invoice template, it looks nice and contemporary. I hope they will add more templates in the future, as well as options for customisation like adding illustrations to the background or changing the background colour. However, I decided to stick with Moxie because they also provide various app integrations, client profiles, project folders, calendars, to-do lists, meeting schedulers, and many other features. They understand that money and good project management/organisation go hand in hand. 

Additionally, their pricing is fair, without the need for different tiers that force you to pay for unnecessary "premium" features. I will personally recommend this platform to everyone I know. 
 I would also like to commend Moxie for investing time in developing a user-friendly interface that sets them apart from the majority of accounting software with outdated designs. As someone with an accounting degree, I have experience with different software and can confidently say that Moxie stands out in this regard.
Doing admin is already tedious, so why make it even more tedious and complicated with an ugly interface. Again, Moxie understood this issue perfectly and it shows. I literally feel joy when I use it, and my once tedious tasks feel so much fun now. I hope this comment reaches their Design team, I’m sure it would make them happy.
 They should target the creative industry and beyond. They are definitely a better option than the big Xero or Sage, which receive hype due to their marketing, yet they just offer overpriced features, tier pricing where you have to pay so much money just because you need that one essential basic feature that is only available in the premium plan.
 I have never loved a platform as much as Moxie. It will be a lifesaver for me and provide the confidence and tools I need to grow and succeed in my business while keeping everything organised. I am slowly replacing all the other software I unsuccessfully used to manage my work and will set up the necessary automations through Moxie.
 Finally, I want to express my gratitude for the quick chat support available at all times. It helped me explore the platform during my initial hours when I had limited time and needed to quickly evaluate whether Moxie was the right fit for me. It allowed me to send a few invoices without wasting more time researching again other platforms on Google.

Well done to Moxie and I eagerly look forward to what they have in store for the future. I sincerely hope they continue to thrive and succeed.

Incredibly responsive and the most comprehensive, user friendly tool at a very reasonable cost. I've tried all the top players including Pipedrive, Copper, Streak, SuiteDash, and a host of other combination tools were needed in order to manage my business. All of which ultimately tripled my costs - and I wasted countless hours trying to effectively connect. I recently reached out via chat and immediately had expert, friendly, personalized guidance around how to most effectively leverage Moxie for my use case. All roads lead back to Moxie - save yourself time and hassle and just make the switch!

Just use Moxie. Trust me. I've bounced around between various tools as there's never seemingly a one-size solution. It really is just so much simpler, more intuitive, and customizable than all the others. Was having a hiccup (because I haven't taken the time to review the training materials) reached out for support. It was such an enjoyable interaction and the CSR on the other side of the chat was soooooo helpful, warm and knowledgable! LIke solved me days worth of headaches and expenses and showed me lots of more powerful ways I can be leveraging the (already favorite) solution of mine. P.S. I've tried SuiteDash, Honeybook, Freshbooks, Copper, Streak, Pipedrive, etc and all roads lead back to Moxie!

The Moxie team is incredible - incredibly responsive and really helpful in the setup process. Really comprehensive one-stop-shop for freelancers!

I have been using Moxie for two or three years since it was released in Beta and called Hectic. It has helped me to keep track of proposals, contracts, and projects, and especially importantly, has helped me keep track of my hours. It doesn't always do everything I want, and I sometimes have to do some workarounds; however, it is geared toward freelancers and independent consultants, so we all want something slightly different! That said, the team at Moxie is constantly reviewing feedback, sharing it with us users, and responding with improvements. Best of all, their response team is outstanding - friendly and helpful.

I've tried them all over the years – from Freshbooks to Wave to Quickbooks to 17hats to Honeybook to Dubsado to AndCo to HelloBonsai ... and probably a few more I'm not remembering here. I ask a lot of my systems, and Moxie is robust enough for all kinds of nifty automations, really replacing 5 separate tools I've been using with call scheduling, sales pipeline management, billing + invoicing, contracts, and a lightweight CRM. But the unexpectedly best part? The support! One is so used to chat bots, or overseas call centers, or community message boards as forms of support, it's just amazing to get an actual person, who is smart and capable and willing to walk you through the weird stuff one gets oneself into when running a business! What I like about most is that the system is made for creative businesses, so the ways things are setup by default works for me, and if it doesn't, is highly customizable. So unlike on Honeybook where it's all organized around being an events coordinator or photographer, here you can do project-based, or subscription, with milestone payments. And it won't require as much setup (or hiring a consultant) like Dubsado. Support and features way better than on HelloBonsai. I'm really happy so far, and keep finding new things that delight! Oh, and did I mention they take feedback seriously? I asked about a thing on the chat – and boom, they changed that on the app, then and there!
