I am loving all the things Moxie can do however I still have much setting up behind the scenes for automations and workflows. The youtube videos have been a great tool and the support both in the Facebook group chat and online has been nothing short of amazing. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is that I still have much more to learn and so I am looking forward to utilising more of the features!

I LOVE the ease of use of Moxie. It's pretty darn intuitive for such a complex tool. The clean & simple design is also a must for me and my ADHD brain.

Moxie has so many great things going for it and is the only CRM I have see that has a great lead nurturing tool and all of the onboarding tools you need when clients are reaady to move ahead with you. Most other CRM's have either one or the other. Moxie has a lot of changes and add on's in the works which is the only reaon I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, not everything is smooth yet, but it's coming! The Moxie team are exceptionally supportive and really care about their clients with lots of resources to help the users get the most out of the system and the pricing is unbelievable for what it does! As someone who recommends CRM's for a living,I have now moved my own business over to Moxie and will be recommending it to my clients going forward.

Moxie is a great product with excellent potential. There are some minor and some not-so-minor features that are still lacking but the customer support is top-notch. It's clear that the developers are truly invested in making it a product that works for freelancers, no matter what industry they are in. Users can submit requests for new features, small tweaks to the system and report bugs and the support team is constantly working on this list to make it the best product that it can be. I predict, give it a year or so and this will be rivalling some of the current top-leading all-in-one, CRM/project management softwares.

I see Moxie having a lot of potential in supporting freelancers. There were some templates and functions that need a lot of figuring out for me because I am used to using straightforward templates. And for some reason the Help section is not enough.
