Moxie has been a game-changer and a pleasant surprise. I used to rely on a well-known CRM that required me to upgrade to a £700 package for essential features, Then I came across Moxie and got all this as standard at a fraction of that price ($30), We're talking Workflow automation, e-signatures for proposals and contracts, pipeline automation, time tracking, kanban board like Trello, adding unlimited project Collaborators, Client portal, Meeting Scheduler like Calendly, embeddable forms, One inbox for sms and email, an optional Phone line and all kinds of templates and many more features (trust me there is a even more). The tool is so much tool for so little money that it's unreal. The best part has been the support from the Moxie team, exceptional customer support, Whenever you have a question, there's always someone ready to assist. I highly recommend Moxie.

Moxie has taken over for InvoiceNinja. When compared to "ninja," Moxie has a lot more "bells and whistles" as well as a much more current and clean UI.

Setting up a CRM for a creative brain like mine doesn't always come easy, so the fact that the folks at Moxie have created tons of resources and are willing to hop in a chat and help you set something up is a game changer for me! I actually have simplified my workflow with automations and I'm saving so much time! It feels like magic!

Finally found a CRM which works for freelancers and doesn't cost you a bank. I have been doing freelancing for last 2.5 years and during that time I tried 4 to 5 different CRMs and none of them worked as advertised or lacked even very basic features. But Moxie is a perfect team for someone like me who has a team of 3-people and does immediate or monthly billing to client based on the timesheets.

This won't be a long review. If you freelance for a living or a solo-business or even manage a small business team - get Moxie CRM. Brilliantly well thought out out with all the tools you need to pitch, project manage and get paid.

Very good support, nice conceptional approach to streamline processes especially on the contractual site, not always too intuitive but the team is working hard to make it done but there are not yet there where others are, but ... Looking forward to see the agency version with a more business like and also vendor orientated approach. All in all a software to consider for the future.

I'm a brand new Moxie user, recovering from 5+ years of Dubsado use. Moxie is everything Dubsado is not. It boasts a beautiful, fresh interface, super-easy and intuitive setup, and tons of customization options. Right now the automations aren't where Dubsado's are, but so far the ease of use and rich features make up for it.

Moxie is a wonderful tool for small business. Its truly a useful bit of software. It helps you organise and maintain workload. Created in a way that is so intuitive it seems unbelievably easy to use. It also helps with invoicing and followup in a clear direction manner. Customer service is also brilliant. By chat and email they are warm, insightful, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Good people made good software for the good of others. Well done and thank you!
