Excellent platform for freelancers, solo-prenuers, and small agencies. Intuitive to use (i.e. you don't have to go to the help docs much), and mobile app is nice. the way that Moxie is set up has centralized and streamlined so many different processes... Processes that were previously siloed across different apps. My stress has exponentially lessened as a result of not having to log into so many different apps each day, or worry about integrations. 😆 There are a few features that set Moxie apart from similar apps, but the most important is a proper sales pipeline, separate from clients and projects, etc. It allows for a proper sales workflow, forecasting, and reporting, to keep up on growth and KPIs! Another notable feature is the expenses module. It allows you not only to track individual project expenses on a recurring or one-time basis, but also general operating, and general client expenses. You can link any expenses to apps, freelancers/contractors, and more. Founder is very responsive and active both on the platform for support, and off the platform, answering questions in tech enthusiast groups on different forums. Many more positives, but I'll wrap up with: I wish had found Moxie sooner!

Moxie has been a fantastic platform from which to operate my business! It has everything that a Freelancer needs to stay organized with projects, pipelines, contacts, billing, contracts, support, communication, and more. The platform is very flexible and intuitive. I had been searching for a platform to build and scale my business and it was starting to feel like I may need to build my own. Moxie is almost entirely what I have been looking for! The best part? The Moxie team is very responsive and they continue to build the platform. They listen to suggestions and it truly feels like they want all of their customers to be successful. Yes, there are a few rough edges - sometimes you have to hard-refresh the page to get the changes to update, but that is a small shortfall when contrasted to all the things the platform does right!

I have been searching for a system that could help me manage important aspects of my business, and Moxie is doing just that. I used to have a hard time following up on projects and, specially, payments. Moxie integrates all this, and client management, in a way that, for me, is very straightforward and easy to use. (I have tested a few other systems.) On top of that, the support is great. They are always very helpful and don't take long to get back. Also, we see how engaged the team is to constantly improve Moxie.

After trying a few platforms for project management Moxie seems to be ticking all the boxes. I really wanted a portal for clients and to start automating certain processes. Although I am in the process of setting all this up, I believe it is going to do exactly what I need. So far using the project and task management portion has been great. It gives a complete overview of everything I have on the go.
