Wonderful platform and the most complete CRM! I am using this for my law firm.

All I can say is WOW! My mind was blown when I found Moxie.. but what really sold me was that I could cancel all of the other subscription services I was using.. the time tracker app.. the workflow app.. the project management app.. and just keep everything in one place. Really, Moxie is amazing.

Fantastic CRM with some great features. It’s perfect for my size of business and not for everyone and some of its functions are limited compared to others. But what it does it does it very well. And more importantly the founder is engaged, supports the various communities set up and genuinely cares about the customer and allows them to influence the roadmap and new features.

Moxie is that rare do-everything app that does everything well, from project management and invoicing to deal tracking and even communications, including phone numbers for me and my little team. It has quickly become indispensable to my growing content-writing business and I can't recommend it highly enough.

I have tried many freelancing client management platforms and this one is the best by far! I love that I can have a custom phone number, the email integration is spot on and amazing for client interaction. Plus, the user interface is super easy to navigate. Thank you for truly creating a product for those who love to have organization in their business.

I am glad I made the move to Moxie. The guided training videos are straight to the point & helpful. The usability is great and I'm really liking the capabilities of the personalised client portal. After using another platform for 5 years I was worried this transition would be overwhelming but it's been easy. Highly recommend using moxie as a web designer.

Moxie has been a breeze to setup and is just good. For small teams and freelancers most CRM's are either way too complex or in a few cases are barely better than a spreadsheet. Moxie has all the meat and none of the fat, and it is incredibly intuitive. Clearly they are great UI/UX because this is easy to use out of the box.

I migrated nearly 10 years worth of book-keeping data from Zoho Books to Moxie, and while that process was an epic undertaking and not without its own headaches, I'm glad I made the transition. With Moxie, I realized that I had been jumping through a lot of hoops with my previous system and much of the data I was painstakingly logging simply wasn't relevant - not to mention the pages and pages of reports filled with accounting terms that I don't understand. Moxie is focused on freelancers and cuts out the unnecessary stuff to get to the core of what's important: getting paid. The team is small and support is fast and personal. I found an issue with Google Fonts in the invoice template PDFs and within a few days of reporting it to the team, it was fixed. During my migration, a couple of times when I couldn't find where to do something, the online chat tech support sorted me out right away. While there are a few things I would like to see added, on the whole I have confidence that the Moxie team is listening to their customers and continuing to improve an already pretty great product.
