Nice and responsive. i would have liked a bit more clarity on the actual FIXING of the problem but that's okay ill check in today to see what the status of the Zapier repair is.

Great tools but room to improve. What it does well: - Being a pretty good one-stop-shop for (almost) all things freelance. - I appreciate being able to automate a lot of what I do. - One of the only companies that sends actually helpful emails to me. - Pretty easy to get support through the chat bot. Where it needs to improve: - Not being able to test and/or preview emails is like... 101. This is a *huge* problem that I hope they recognize should be pretty high on the priority list. Creating a "fake client" is not a sufficient workaround, and doesn't even work for some use cases. - Bad UI. It looks like they invested a lot into their website, not as much into the app itself. - Bad UX. Settings for stuff seem to be located in different locations. Not very intuitive. - Hard to onboard. There needs to be better onboarding, how to properly set things up. I shouldn't feel like I need to buy a course on how to set up Moxie from a third party. - Some things don't seem well thought through, and overlap too much. `Projects` and `Templates > Projects` are not exactly the same, which is confusing. `Templates > Projects` is similar but not the same to `Products & Services`, and their overlap & separate purposes is a confusing. Other things like this. Seems like stuff probably makes sense to the internal team, but to the end user who doesn't have the same context, it isn't intuitive. Overall, it does seem like the best tool available for freelancers right now, and I am looking forward to growing with them.

Couple of follow ups for you... feel free to respond here or just message us in chat: 1 - Are you mostly interested in the tokens being replaced in the emails? The email content is WYSIWYG aside for the tokens. 2 - UI design is subjective - we do get lots of positive feedback on our visual design. 3 - UX is not so subjective! We just launched a whole new feature to allow simple and fast navigation within Moxie that allows you to just search for the feature you are looking for instead of clicking around. Hopefully you saw the update today! https://help.withmoxie.com/en/articles/9448829-universal-search 4 - You are correct in that there is a bit of overlap in those features. Not everyone uses projects and some of the product/service/template features are designed to use as standalone or with Agreements (if you aren't using projects). We will make note that you found it confusing as a new user.

Although I think the features are great, it feels like the company went too wide with the features before perfecting the base of the program. I’ve seen a lot of happy customers for the software but it wasn’t a good fit for me. I do appreciate their willingness to refund.

Sorry the system didn't work well for you, Jessica. Some of that sounds like slow loading / internet issues based on the fonts / icons loading statement. As with any software, there is a learning curve. Some of the things perceived as "finnicky" are just figuring out all of the options in Moxie and what they do. That being said, we are always trying to simplify and improve, so we will definitely take the feedback and see where we can do better. Best of luck in your search for a CRM that meets your needs.

I bought this through the AppSumo deal I abolutely recommend Moxie to small freelancers and those who are tired of manually creating proposals, agreements, and creating their CRMs in Google Drive. It has been a bit of a learning curve for me but I have found their Youtube channel supremely helpful. They are always adding new features and have constant free business development workshops we can attend. The only reason that I don't give 5 stars is that there are still some things that I am trying to figure out how to leverage the best way (ie. automated flows, pipelines, and funnels) and I have some limited functionality since my deal did not come with the full product version, but I will say that they are constantly churning out improvements, so I know I'll be able to figure it out eventually. I love that it has a calendar and form features - it completely replaces Calendly for me and the forms help me not have to have a separate survey-taking tool and onboarding process. I have already recommended Moxie to others. If they had something like a "Become Moxie Certified" program, I'd love to participate so that I could learn the full functionality of it and also get more people on the Moxie bandwagon! I am excited to see how the app continues to evolve. As a small business, it has been instrumental in helping me save time and money and be able to grow my business without having to pay for a whole slew of separate tools and programs. If this deal were to go live again or you are considering signing up, don't hesitate at all to buy it!

I came here for the all-in-one solution. I've spent the last year playing with a couple different platforms, but this one actually has everything all in one place! I'm still getting used to the platform, but the only thing I don't really like so far is not having a numbering system for my estimates.

There’s a lot that I love. Project management and sales pipeline are great. I have yet to get to many of the other features but I can see them playing a helpful role. I would love to see a revamp of time tracking and I bit more robust CRM features.
