Where to even BEGIN?! I had been using Dubsado for a while for invoicing and projects and I didn’t love it… now I use Moxie and I feel like a new business owner all over again!!! I’m actually excited to use it and make any excuse to go into the dashboard to play with it because it’s just so functional and a flawless and pretty client experience!

Austin and Geoff helped me within minutes- literally minutes when I had a question about payment processing. Two separate times!!! Real humans with great senses of humor. And they were fairly stupid questions on my behalf as well, which goes to credit their patience. This tool is incredible and I am all on board with the community and people behind it. MMG Design will continue to use Moxie for all Graphic/Web Design projects moving forward. And you should too.

I've seen and tried sooo many different CRM softwares for myself and for other companies and Moxie by far has the most bang for your buck! I LOVE the daily email suggestions to help better my processes. Moxie offers literally everything you could need to grow a successful freelance business without breaking the bank!

Learning curve, but robust! The capabilities are great, as are the support and knowledge base. It's customizable, all-encompassing, and integrates with other platforms, which is worth the effort on the front-end to alleviate headaches as a one-person business juggling priorities, clients, projects, & disparate systems.

Have you ever discovered a new software or new digital product and could not rip yourself away from it? This has happened many a time to me, I am a geek for well made and USEFUL software and products. This last week I did it again, I forgot about life outside and dove deep into a new Freelance software I found - Moxie Beyond my nerdy interest, this software is for THE CLIENT. Yes, the client. Whatever a business does, whatever industry, whatever price range, beyond anything - Businesses need to focus on EASE OF USE for their client. People don't have time. Even if they do, they want to spend it on themselves. So I would wager that a clean, easy, fast onboarding process for your client is one of the most important factors in a successful project. And Moxie just made that a million times easier for any freelancer.

They quickly and courteously corrected my mistake when i paid for the wrong company account on accident (you can have multiple company profiles in moxie), by issuing me a refund. Now I can go pay for the right account.

A life saver for new freelancers. Takes a bit of getting used to, but once you're comfortable in there, you'll crush it. I love the ease of creating agreements, setting up payments, and the pipeline feature is awesome and so helpful. I'm not even a power user and it's already helped me book clients and get paid - exactly what it's supposed to do. Highly recommended!
