I have used Withcove for a few years and never had an issue until recently. I had a charge of $106.00 come out of my bank account. I didn't receive an emails prior to the charge. They said they sent it the same day they charged my account. ( I don't see the email at all) Customer service provides canned statements and when I called on Friday I was told they don't have a supervisor available until Monday. My experience with this company has always been that I get an email a few days prior to them sending me anything and then I can confirm or let them know to move the prescription out. I wasn't given that opportunity and they just charged me. I assume they sent the prescriptions i don't need. I haven't gotten my mail yet and I never got an email from them telling me it was sent. While it is easy and the Doctors are good. The customer service is lacking and they will charge your account without your approval. There are to many other companies out there like this I would give them a try before using Withcove.

Charged $65 for absolutely nothingI am extremely disappointed with my experience with Cove. I filled out all of my personal and medical details expecting to receive care. Instead, they simply wrote back to tell me they couldn't help me—and then had the audacity to charge me a $65 fee anyway. They did not provide a single piece of medical advice, treatment, or care, yet kept my money. This is an completely unfair business practice. If you cannot treat a patient, you should not charge them a consultation fee. Buyer beware.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had my first consultation over a week ago and received a reasonable care plan with my provider. All is well, my provider is wonderful. I receive an email with tracking information - the carrier has no record of the package. Weird, it’s been a few days, so I reach to support. “Oh, the tracking information we sent you is as incorrect. Check here instead. The package was marked delivered to the address we have on file.” The package was not marked delivered. There was a delivery exception. It’s over 200 miles away. So first, they send incorrect tracking information. Second, support claims that my meds were delivered to the “address on file” when there was clearly a delivery exception! No resolution. I just get to do a chargeback, I guess. Ridiculous.

They are not longer providing my care due to me having “government health insurance” when in-fact, I have NO HEALTH INSURANCE WHATSOEVER!!! They took my money and haven’t given me anything!! I want my money back or a prescription!! This company couldn’t care less about you!!!

I was literally told my face was "too asymmetrical to treat". Dr. Brittany whatever her last name is, said because of that and my being 52 without an MRI since 2021, they were unable to treat my migraine. Wtf? How insulting could she be???? I will warn everyone to stay FAR away. Crystal Wilson 6/20/26. More than happy to discuss.

Crap experience. Cove was recommended as a virtual provider through my United healthcare app (should have been the first flag I guess, but I hoped that would mean it was at least convenient and covered). Firstly the form takes forever, requires a very detailed and lengthy history and then suddenly videos that need to be a tiny file size (had to retake a number of times as zip files didn't work). At the end they say they can't do anything but that I should come back after I get a primary care doctor to get me an MRI. Which no primary care doctor has agreed to because that is extreme and not at all warranted by my symptoms. And if cove cannot order additional testing for migrane-related issues on their own, considering most virtual care providers can make specialist referrals or order blood work/etc., then they aren't really a full-fledged migraine provider. They should clearly state what they can and cannot support with up front. Still charged me of course...

Both the app and website won't even let you do a provider consultation, I did all the troubleshooting recommended and waited a week and it still didn't work. Reached out to the care team a second time asking if I can get a refund if not a different way to finish my consultation and it's been a few days and I'm still waiting for a reply after sending my account info for Cove. This is extremely frustrating given I've been suffering from migraines for years and have yet to find a provider that will let me try migraine medication.
