The webpage could be more accurate when it shows if a product is in stock or not and also they have a lot of stuff that you can’t buy even if you try the pre-order button!! So basically you can only buy 3 or 4 products and that is it and it is a shame because the products are amazing!!

The product ^a Bubble machine^ for my 2 yrs old granddaughter, who loves bubbles...the machine does not work!! I'm extremely upset about this and I don't even know what I can do about it. I wish a real life human would read this and help me out with this.

Still haven't received my order

Shoddy product only made worse by terrible customer service. Request for refund was denied because order wasn’t through Amazon. Preposterous.

I had no idea what a fail this purchase would be. We purchased a "vintage" Big Bird Jack-in-the-Box. I had no idea that "vintage" really meant very much "used". There was no mention in the ad that the item was used. It looked and felt very used. Big Bird rarely pops up when he is supposed to. An adult has to reset him because getting him to go straight down and lock in is difficult even for the adult nevermind for a child. I can't return it because my granddaughter loves everything Sesame Street. We are stuck.
