I wish I could give this company a zero as well. I ordered a cabinet for over $1,900 and never received it. Wisteria online was still taking orders and accepting payment during the time they filed for bankruptcy and just pocketed the money I guess. There was never any return correspondence to my emails or customer service to answer my phone calls. I had to research to find out what was happening, my money gone. I can't believe what they did was legal. Just don't do it.

If there was a zero I would post that. Never buy anything from this place. I purchased chairs for $5,000 and never received them though they kept telling me they were back ordered. Then they filed bankruptcy and I was not entitled to a refund. After that, I saw a cute salad bowl that I could resist ordering. Well, shame on me it was made of cheap plastic made to look like mosaic tile and it was glued onto a wood bowl. The plastic was peeling when I received it. I emailed 2-3 times asking to return and never received any correspondence. So then I was stuck with a non functioning not worthy piece of trash. I had to throw it away so I wouldn’t be reminded of another costly Wisteria mistake. I won’t make the mistake of ordering anything from Wisteria no matter how great it looks. Don’t be fooled!!

Wisteria scammed me May 21, 2026 I ordered a chair listed on their website as "In stock, ships in 5-7 days." They hadn't shipped the chair long after 7 business days. So I contacted customer service (which was difficult to do since they put the wrong email address in their order confirmation), and they promised in email that they would ship on June 10. They never shipped the chair, and they confirmed in email June 11 that it wasn't shipped. Minutes later on June 11 I demanded a refund in email, to which customer service replied "This has shipped so we cannot cancel." This was an obvious shameless lie. They did nothing but lie. They never sent the chair. They refused to refund my $954.23. I successfully disputed the charge with my credit card company and got my money back. Note that this occured after Wisteria's bankruptcy when they were supposedly reformed, maybe as liquidators. Yet they are still ripping people off. They are scammers. Disgusting company.

Don’t do it. I placed orders for 2 items (1 item short delivery within 2-3 weeks, the second up to 12). Item 1, a month after order was told it arrived and would be shipped to me within a few weeks; second item expected to ship end of May. 4 weeks later, no word- I emailed to follow up. Nothing. Followed up again 2-3 weeks later. Nothing. Called, was told something happened with their email, the item has been sitting in the warehouse and should have gone out. It would be sent the next week. I heard nothing more than a week later (by end of May when second item was due in). I then got an email about the second item saying delivery end of July. I asked for an update on the first item and any resolution for the second item, as it went from 12 to 19 weeks delivery. No resolution available. Still waiting on any word on the first item. That’s what you get for $1700.

The company filed for bankruptcy and now my backordered chair, that I never received, will not be shipped nor my payment refunded. They dragged me along for such a long time making empty promises, that now I cannot recoup the loss even from my credit card company. DON NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER!!! Lost $1000!

Scammers!!! Liars!!!!! The company has filed chapter 11. They never refunded the 6 dining room chairs (valued at 5,000.00) when they were discontinued. Took a year of hearing excuses -they’re in the warehouse but can’t be shipped yet, back ordered, supply chain issues before finally hearing they were discontinued. They lied and said it would take 15 business days for a refund. Then when I asked again they said since the amount was over 2,500. 00 it had to go to corporate. Then a month later I got a letter saying they were in bankruptcy court!!!!

Paid >3k for 2 items not delivered with consistent service representative re-stating order running late. Today found out Bankruptcy filed in June. No refunds. Despite this Wisteria remains viable. They basically are a fraudulent company collecting large sums of money. They are unethical and sadly have a legal team to keep this up and running. There is no recourse but to file separate claims and forms. Right. Sure wish I knew the resources to hold them accountable and credible. Slim exists and lesson learned.

On July 11th, Wisteria fraudulently collected my money for products and had no intention of delivering said products and filed for bankruptcy protection 12 days later.  On July 29th I was emailed that they just moved warehouse and the products I ordered were in stock and will be shipped. This seems like a calculated warehouse sale to inflate their coffers while ripping US citizens of their hard earned money.  Wisteria is an unethical company with absolutely no moral values.
