What is most important, eye appeal, build quality, or backing your product? I purchased the Wismec R80 some months back and though the R80 was one of my favorite for eye appeal their coils are shoddy and leak horribly. I currently need a new 4ml pod cartridge, but they are no longer available (planned obsolescence?). I was simply told in a cool manner; "Discontinued." Moreover, the 518 tank adapter also failed, so, money wasted on a vape kit. I'll be giving the R80 away to someone who can't afford a decent kit. If you're looking to purchase a quality vape kit stick with name brands like SMOK, Aspire or Geek Vape. I also own these and have nothing to complain about, especially the Aspire products. I sincerely hope this review helps potential buyers stay clear of Wismec.

your customer service sucks! i had to repair the device i ordered, it turns out that it had a bad solder so i had to pry it open and re-solder the damn thing!

Poor device. Within a few weeks ink fades from logo, material is cheap and device breaks easily. Each month another issue: charger socket fallen off, buttons fallen off, mouthpiece crumbles. Absolute Waste money.

Bought the Wismec r80 in march 2020 the kit looks great but they have missed a big trick by not having the fill hole for juice on top of the pod.you have to keep taking the pod off to release the bung underneath to fill it.Just messy and poorly engineered.Also after approx 6 weeks one of the contact pins in the battery body came out and is now lost.emailed them but no reply.in conclusion great looking kit but save your money because its a piece of poorly made utter crap.

poor quality of devices that will die in a short time no warranty and poor non-existing support. avoid their products

Bad company, bad products. They promote as a US company, but Wismec is made and run from China. Customer service is atrocious, and that's if you can track them down. Asked me to provide video of faulty atomizer tanks, of which I'd stupidly purchased several after watching their fake paid for youtube 'first look at" product reviews. As Wisnec couldn't argue against my video I sent them regarding their faulty devices, they replied: Our products are not guaranteed.

Yet another company that wants your money then run and not look back. Purchased a Reuleaux RX-300, initially very good. Developed a VERY DANGEROUS FAULT (BE AWARE), The firekey started firing a millisecond or so longer than it should, it continued firing after I had removed my finger. I was unduly concerned UNTIL......the device fired whilst sat on the table and continued firing until I released the battery flap, by this point the unit was hot, I mean hot (this unit uses 4x18630 batteries and is literally a powerhouse, IT WILL BURN YOUR HOUSE DOWN if this were to happen to anyone else, if unattended. Please take my word on this. I have read of others experiencing firing problems with this product.

Wismec luxotic mf, a useless device. It went blank after 2 weeks of purchase. I had a wismec predator, another useless device. Don't touch Wismec. Geekvape Aegis is much better and stronger.
