Wismec is a company thay sells you a product but does not support replacement parts. Customer service is a joke. You can never get anyone on the phone and their email link does not work. If you are thinking about buying a new vape device go somewhere else They are absolutely the worse company to buy from

I bought the new Sinuous V80 three weeks ago and the battery casing has cracked right through. I emailed them to complain but they didn't even bother to reply. Do not buy products from this company if you want them to last more than a month and to receive zero customer service !

I wrote to Wismec as after just 6 months the battery compartment on the sinuous started opening and the battery just dropping out rendering the e cigarette useless. I explained I had only had it a short time and customers services responded with “our warranty is for only 90 days” that’s it! No apology nothing. I will never purchase a product again from this company.

Buyers beware!!! This company or Joyetech (same origins) doesn't care for it's customers or their product quality. 90 days warranty is not acceptable. Second device failed within 10 months and support refused to replace it...
