We've been using Wishlist for years and we love it. It's rare that we have a problem, but when we do, their support team is a joy to work with. They give daily or multi-daily updates on the situation so I never have to guess the status and know that they are on top of it until it gets resolved.

I have used the Wishlist Member plugin for over a decade now, and it's been a great experience. While a couple of more complicated issues took a few weeks to iron out in the past year or two, the support team, especially Raffy, with whom I had the most communication (a shoutout to Jen as well; I don't know if she's in the company anymore, but I really found her so friendly and helpful too), always give a super quick response. They have been nothing but incredibly helpful and quick to respond during all the years I have used the plugin. I highly recommend the Wishlist membership site plugin; it's a great plugin, and the support team behind it is great too.

Amazing plugin and amazing support team. They care about their product, and their clients. Have been using wishlist for over a year now, and really happy we went with them - and not other plugins we were considering. PS: noticed bad ratings and I'm genuinly surprized. I've been using Wishlist Member for several years. It has never given me any technical trouble and I've been able to adapt it as my needs changed. I was even able to integrate it with my email list (AWeber), saving me time.

I have been with WisList for 6 years..their service is outstanding and with me being only mediocre at website membership management they have always been there to assist me. Any questions that I have are always answered promptly and any problems are always resolved. They continue to add elements to the app as well. The best membership plug in for wordpress..I can't fault it! Superb!
