Efficient and Supportive
I had a Zoom call with Agatha to fix my issue with the WiseStamp desktop app not working correctly. She found a solution and had it fixed in 10 minutes. Instead of emailing back and forth or being on a phone call, she was able to see my screen and it was very efficient.

Finally, consistent signatures across the company
Managing email signatures across a growing organization used to be much more manual than it needed to be. Great customer service
First of all, I love their product. As someone who isn't the most tech savvy, they make my email signature look very established and professional. I've never had any issues, however the one time I tried to reach out, the customer service was amazing and that is hard to come by these days.
