They sent the wrong product

I haven't received my order. I left a voicemail but got no response. I ordered my Clubman powder on October 11th. Haven't heard a word. Maybe you can update the status or cancel the order. #7804. John P.

I did not receive any product as of yet. 10/26/25

I placed a order for CLEARASIL GEL but you sent me CLEARASIL CREAM There is a difference between Gel and Cream plus the order was for two tubes of CLEARASIL GEL and you sent me one tub of CLEARASIL Cream You did not send me the reason for the change in the order.

I still have not received my order. When I track the order it shows the label was created on 10/15/25 but they still have not received the package to ship.

After 10 days I am still waiting for the information to return the product. I was sent 4 shampoos instead of 2 conditioners. I would like to keep 2 shampoos and exchange 2 shampoos for the original order of 2 conditioners

I ordered 2 bottles of hair color and you charged me for 4. I called 4 times to speak to someone and you never returned my calls. I ended up calling my bank to take care of the matter. This is no way to treat a new customer. I won’t be doing business with you again.

I thought it terrible to pay the shipping price that was almost as high as the product. I wouldn't have done it except I couldn't find this product anywhere in my area. I'm sure I won't order anything from you again.
