Having worked with WIRO for several mosts across a variety of initiatives, I'd highly recommend their services for any brands looking to grow their ecommerce conversions. The team are trustworthy and champion the best standards. They will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to which is what any business striving for growth needs. Highly recommend their audits. I've had and been a part of many audits over the years and theirs are by far the most in depth and comprehensive.

I'm really frustrated with the designer application process. I put in hours on the design task, submitted it, and then didn't hear back for over a month. Eventually found out they hired someone, but there was no communication at all. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing.

Very sound webpage design skills in Shopify but they recommended web improvements with a significant cost but the results were v discapointing. And you pay up front.
