Great tool but slow!
Great tool and very easy to use but my goodness is the website slow. I don't know if people will wait 10 seconds for it to load. I have a 1 Gig internet connection so its not a problem at my end!

Fix the bugs in the app
I had some issues in the past and now not long time with an payment. I sent out an email and I get a response very fast and every time the issue was sorted. The only thing is to fix the bugs on the app because is crashing and we can't use it properly. Thanks

After Talking with Customer Service My Account was Refunded!
I want to thank Wirestock for responding to my review. After talking with customer service, they gave me a refund for the extra charges. Somehow there were two different accounts with my information, which was why I was charged twice. I'm not sure how that happened but I appreciate them responding and fixing the issue with my account.

Easy to use platform
Easy to use platform, pretty intuitive. The whole process from uploading to submitting is not really time consuming. The option to describe the photo to support further processing is a good feature as well as the automated keywording. In case of troubles, questions and the like, there is a quick responding support-team in the background to help. Why 4 stars instead of 5? The review process seems a little bit too slow in the last couple of months. But contacting the support-team helped in each case.

Love the support and whole core idea.
I actually like the email support a lot and they gave me some generous help. I did experiene some tecnical issues and delays last year but they always fixed it when I asked. I am not sure yet what the new rules about approval rate will mean for me. I will stay for now because I REALLY love that they distribute the pictures to all the other stockpages and fir me that is worth their commision. It took me so much more time to submit to other pages and only here I saw sales anyway. I sure hope they will offer free submissions with the free account again, because if my aproval rate should sink I will not have the money to upgrade yet. That would be sad.

Does what it says it does
Photos kept "under review” for quite a while but the sales and commission do come in on time.
