I have the most sales on Wirestock than any other platform but 90% of them are less than $1.00. The site provides exposure to several different sales outlets but they do not produce a lot of profit. It is a good platform to sell some stock photos but not to make any real money.
The administration of the site is kind of hit and miss. If you can't figure it out the staff will try to give you some help. From what I have seen there is only email from well meaning techies that I find hard to follow. I need plain english. In addition there is not comprehensive documentation in one place. A users guide in everyday verbiage would be great.
Overall it is not a bad platform to sell some photos but I don't see anybody making any real money.

Not fit for purpose. Expensive. Limited for price.
Edit: changed from 1 star to 3 as they finally answered my email.... though was a terrible journey to get there, but a lot of points remain.
____________
I have paid for the higher AI tier and paid a year upfront unfortunately.
I sent 3 emails that went with 0 acknowledgement / answers.
The discord chat wirestock support ASK Wirestock you'll usually get told to email Wirestock, I complained about my lack of support via email and someone on there after I complained said they look into it then also went silent.
You also get 1000 generations via AI but only 200 submissions to marketplaces meaning if you get 500 good images out of 1000 every month, you loose out on a lot of images you can not submit.
You can submit direct from the generator which was a selling point for me, at least so I thought, and it allegedly upscales before submission but the truth is majority of images will fail due to poor quality which isn't saying a lot for their upscaler and makes the service quite pointless when you often can't get the quality needed, sayong to upscale outside of wirestock then upload makes the whole upload direct from generations a gimmick that more often than non won't be of high enough quality in the first place.
A LOT of the faces in my AI generations have defects
Their sensoring thing blurs out so many images and it is frankly annoying and with nonsense. Majority of the images you can see through the blur that have been censored are a cleavage based, so low cut tops and, a lot of a mermaid ones got censored, wedding dress ones got censored, I was told to try wedding gown, still had issues, these words seem rather bizarre to censor. I joined many AI generation sites and Wirestock has by far the most strict sensoring and all the images it censored were safe for work images, you can tell through the blur, at one point O complained and they gave me some more credits, back when they used to answer my emails, but it just got to the point where I have gave up complaining about it... Some combinations with styles etc get less censored but it's frustrating.
Regarding accepting images I have a friend that submits images, he uses expensive upscalers and really good images, with a growing rejection rate that then resubmitted all the rejected images to test their rejection rates directly to the places Wirestock submits to and he had almost all of the images accepted.
When he queried it on their discord someone said you just have to constantly email them and query it and they often let more images through and that is what they do, but this speaks poorly of their vetting process that people find they have to keep going back to Wirestock to debate the acceptance of rejected images, as this shouldn't be a regular occurrence and the fact a lot if images then get through says to me their initial vetting is terrible to start with because if not there wouldn't be such a discrepancy.
I now have a year membership I regret getting and if I cancel I won't get a penny back, it just doesn't renew.
I have no email support for month
Their discord support said to PM on their group only to ghost me making it feel more for appearances.
The service and site tools is inadequate / not fit for purpose.
On various groups and people I spoke to which actually go through the work of upscaling etc have complained about their high rejection rate
The submission direct from Wirestock image generations produces poor quality images which makes this option more of a gimmick which occasionally will get your images through.
The service is very expensive for what it is. I have now started paying a different AI company with better results and not such silly censoring. A free Upscaler with amazing results on opensource. And looking at alternative mass posting sites which there are a few where they post to marketplaces but you have more control and tracking as it goes to your individual profile on the sites so you can delete as and when you want. Requesting from Wirestock to remove it can take a while according to their TOS
This and other reasons I really am not happy there and looking to leave. The whole point of Wirestock AI subscription of a very streamlined, easy, straightforward subscription I could submit straight from generations isn't there yet. Maybe in future. I know they keep making changes, but by my needs, experiences and some of my friends it currently doesn't meet our needs.
I won't say it is like that for everyone, maybe some people get a much better experience, or find it meets their needs. But it has failed to meet mine. I am looking to get my account deleted and pictures removed from their servers but not sure how I will do this when I can't get in touch with them, even though my subscription goes till February and I'll loose money, it just isn't worth it for me personally.
Apologies for any spelling mistakes I'm dyslexic

Am I on a black list?
I'm a contributor for more than 2 years with a high approval rate (ca 95%), and my portfolio is about 1k pics. During the last year, the review process became hopelessly slow. Usually, I wait 3 months, then I reach out to their customer support and ask them to review my pics. Then they do it. It happened at least 3 times in a row.
The platform itself is good, and I do see innovation.
"Black list" - I didn't mean literally, however contacting the support didn't solve the problem. Or, just temporarily, and then I had to contact the support again, again and again. ... and I waited 3 months before I did, so I'm not impatient, right? ;-)

It's hard to understand why some images…
It's hard to understand why some images are denied, I'would like to know better what is the gap of images to focus on

WireStock is a Great Idea In Theory
I enjoyed the idea of wire stock. My biggest issue is how much trouble it is and a hassle to upload content from my computer. New uploading system that you implemented has made that really tough. I’ve noticed a huge drop off in my uploads because something that took about 10 minutes to do. Now takes over half an hour.
Second issue. Occasionally your system flags my photography as being noisy. This simply is not the case. I’m not sure if your company is relying too heavily on AI however, when you blend images and create composites. That is the bulk of the content I upload to you. I’m not sure if this is what your system is picking out.

Used to be good, but not anymore
I'm a Wirestock user almost from the beginning. I usted to recommend it but I can't anymore. I have about 4000 images and have made some money, but if I started today I would just go the good ol'way: choose a couple agencies and upload on my own. Keywording isn't anything to write home about, I didn't ever complain because it was a free service, but I wouldn't pay for it.
I've also lost confidence in the platform due to the changes in policies, I can't be sure how things will be in the future.
Having any kind of stats or control of what sells where in any useful way Is imposible, the changes in the interfase have made it more visually appealing, but you don't get almost any information other than your last sales. You can't sort your images by best selling, agency or upload date, for example.
To me it was a great idea that's been spiralling downwards for quite a while, and I don't foresee a promising future.
Me, I stopped uploading any more images and resumed submitting to Alamy and Adobe on my own.
The sensation I get is that numbers aren't working for them, and so they decided to start charging to users, which I don't think is neither clever nor fair.

Review content too slow
The unique selling point of them is easy to submit the design but in reality, it takes too much time for content review both manual and easy submission (1-2 weeks), even if you are a premium member. You don't know where and when your content is uploaded.
