I found the instructions barely…
I found the instructions barely adequate, but good enough to feel I could proceed with installation. However, no troubleshooting advice included, system is not working upon installation, difficult to know what is wrong.

Regarding the documentation, we intentionally focus it on installation and setup rather than extensive troubleshooting. In our experience, the vast majority of installations work immediately, while the relatively rare issues that do occur tend to be highly specific to an individual setup. Rather than creating an extremely large manual that still may not address every unique situation, we provide direct support to help identify and resolve those edge cases.
