My name is Cory Green I have written a not so pleasant review a few months back. Im not one to rant, but as I told my rep, my experience must be heard again! I seeked help from Wipe Record to aquire my relief of disabilities. I've been mislead lied to and even yelled at for being disappointed. My last task from Wipe Record was to sent the original notarized relief of disabilities form to them to send to the court. I did it once prior and the mishaps was it went to the wrong court. I renotorized and sent another no problem I didn't like but understood. The corona started closing things down. February was to be my communication with probation. I understand the shut down. I spoke with my rep. this morning to just check up. No expectations! Only to hear he spoke with the court and as they finally started going through the files on judges desk, my file was never recieved again and he need me to send another notorized document. My rep. blames the N.Y. court offices never taking any responsibility. He seems to have the gift of gab selling me his catchfrase "I'm trying to help YOU out here." I was too upset to speak. I hung up and began this review. I feel there's been alot of dropping the ball in my case. My rep. can be nice, but does not like when you dont agree with him! I started this process of aquiring Wipe Record to assist me with my relief of disabilities in October 2018. They said 8 months. First complications lead to them saying a year. No problem. Wipe Record had even spoke with my employer to agree this will be done within that year in a timely fashion.By email and phone. My mistakes my record my fault! I have since lost that job. I was told to pay in full it will get processes moving faster. Also that the case isn't started till 1000 dollars is applied. I have done all they have ever asked me as a individual and have not let them down in helping them in my aid. As a company I feel let down and unimportant to them. My kindness and easy-going personality has me being bypassed for quality service. I feel professional help when seeked agreed and paid for should be just that. I've been very patient in general and even more through this pandemic. I only made an appointment to see thst the court will respond soon. To hear my notorized paperwork is missing again... I am afected by the corona virus in my area and am trying to build my career further, a distance from my closest relatives and people I can depend on. I am constantly gaining credentials to add to my accomplishments. My failures will always be my fault. I did expect help in the way I was comforted Wipe Record could. 2000 dollars isn't a fortune but a loss it is when already struggling and it was supposed to help your income. I also feel its too much to accept from a person to not do the intended deed. I don't care to write these but if we never speak no one will know whats going so wrong and how. Im doing my part I am DCJS Cirtified as well as a compliance agent. It takes a Bachelors and or 5 years experience. Im happy with how im turning my life around! I wish I was as happy with the people I hired to help me do so. After no communication, loss of my notorized document multiple times, talked down to as if its all my fault and the court workers. Im puzzled and feel the need to call the bars association. I feel unsatisfied and singled out for failure dealing with Wipe Record. Im not here to batter or bash Wipe Record. I wish them the best!! I just also wish me the best like these supposed satisfied other customers I read. I hope this and my previous review creates changes in case handling. People hire you because they need you! Not need u to fail them. I just recieved a message from my rep. thant now im a priority on the supervisors desk... Soo disappointed. My previous review was deleted not resolved!!

We are working directly with the client to complete our services and have been communicating with him regarding the matter. The client was provided a timeframe that generally would reflect the average time in completing a case of similar service. However, the process can vary, and it has for this particular case. We will continue to provide updates to the client as they become available to us through court staff. Moreover, we addressed our client’s concern regarding the lapse in communication, whereby the client was attempting to reach the designated paralegal for an update when the courts were closed and could not confirm the receipt of the client’s legal document due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We value our client’s commitment to our services and strive to make any future experience optimal for this client, just as we do for all our clients.
