Dont` waste your money my redemption never failed. it was never processed .on day 26 they told me to cancel my cash redemption and try using paypal because get this cash app was having a delay of a few hours. wtf hours try weeks not to mention my 140$ one was thru pay pal. i never got my money i gave up and cancelled both . not like they were actually ever goimg to give to me. you think they would of offered some free cash to continue to gamble with. nope nothing but excuses. when i asked to havea supervisor contact my i got 2 answers . the supervisor is out of the building then the next was the suporvisor is going to tell you the same thing. updated on oct 13 2026

I had an issue with paypal. i made a deposit and winredeem got paid the money but held my deposit in a pending status for hours so i made a complaint to winredeem and they said sometimes it takes longer which had never happened to me. so i complained to pay pal and they gave me my money back and then winredeem wont allow me to make any more deposits using my pay pal account which is bc cause it was there fault not mine
