I won $250. It's been 6 weeks and I still haven't received it. After 2 weeks they said to wait 3 weeks then send a message if I haven't received it. They asked me should they mail a check and I said yes. They said something about getting money to PayPal account was having problems. They haven't replied to my last 2 requests. Aggravated.

We’re sorry the payment process was frustrating. Our records show that your $250 prize was won on May 14, and your check was mailed on June 14. The check has since cleared, confirming that it was received and deposited. We process hundreds of prize payments each week, and a one-month processing period is not unreasonable for prize fulfillment. We’re glad your $250 prize was successfully received and deposited, and given that the prize was paid in full, we hope you’ll reconsider the one-star rating.

We’re sorry for the confusion, but Winloot does not sell products or charge users for anything. Our site is 100% free to use. It appears you may have clicked on an advertisement that directed you to a separate third-party website where the “iPhone lovers” box was purchased. Winloot is not affiliated with that company and has no involvement in its products, pricing, shipping, billing, or customer service. Because this purchase was not made from Winloot and the issue described is unrelated to our service, we hope you’ll reconsider the one-star rating. We also recommend contacting the company you actually purchased the item from for assistance with your order.

I Really didn't like giving winloot one star I have played winloot for years and I never won even the smallest prize they offer and other people who I know that's told me they have played winloot said they quit playing due to never winning even one dollar but their cellphones get numerous emails from winloot daily. I believe they have let a few people win some smaller amounts just to act like they are legitimate.I am done playing for close to 5 years was more than I should have played a winless scammer one last thing I wish people couldn't get away with doing what winloot does and could be shutdown so people wouldn't get excited and think that they might win one of the larger prizes winloot says they will payout to a winner but I don't reckon for the past 5 years that anyone has matched the numbers !!

We’re sorry you feel this way, but the claim that Winloot only allows a few small winners in order to appear legitimate is simply not accurate. Winloot has paid prizes ranging from small daily wins to very large cash prizes, including a $300,000 winner. As with any legitimate sweepstakes, however, entering for a long period of time does not guarantee a win. Some participants win quickly, while others may enter for years without being selected. The emails we send provide opportunities and reminders to enter our sweepstakes. They are not guarantees that a participant will win. We understand that going a long time without winning can be frustrating, but describing Winloot as a scam because you personally did not win does not accurately reflect how a sweepstakes works or the many prizes that have been awarded and paid.

Been playing winloot for about five years and only won a dollar. Not worth wasting time on this game.

We understand that it can be disappointing to participate for a long time without a larger win. However, Winloot is a sweepstakes, so there is never a guarantee that someone will win based on how long or how often they participate. You mentioned that you did win $1, and while we certainly understand hoping for a larger prize, every prize is awarded according to the rules of the promotion. Some participants win quickly, while others may enter for years without a larger win. Winloot is completely free to play, so whether someone chooses to spend time entering is entirely up to them. We appreciate the years you’ve participated and wish you better luck if you decide to play again.

I played on this web site sweepstake for almost two years. And to date, I haven’t won a freaking dime. The one time I did when it was $300.00 and when I tried to collect all I got was a bunch of rudeness. They acted like the money I won fare and square was coming out of their personal bank account. Please believe me when I tell you, if you play this just for fun and you aren’t playing to make money then by all means I totally recommend this web site. But, if you are playing this in order to make some money then you have been playing the wrong game because the only thing you will ever win on this site is a nice case of carpal tunnel because of all the typing on your computer with absolutely no chance of ever winning even a single dollar.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We checked our winner records under the name associated with this review and were unable to locate a $300 win. If you did receive an official Winloot notification confirming that you won a prize and have not been paid, please contact our customer service team through the Contact Us form on the Winloot website. Provide the details of the win, and we’ll be happy to investigate and process any legitimate unpaid prize. However, we cannot process a prize simply because someone believes they won if our records do not show a winning entry. We would also agree with one point in your review: sweepstakes should be played for fun, not as a reliable way to make money. Winning is never guaranteed, regardless of how long someone participates.

Karen in Tennesse keeps signing up to things with MY e-mail address. And when I try to unsubscribe, I get no access to the website, only an error message saying they've detected unusual activity. Probably because I'm in a different country. This is no good! I would liken it with fraud. I did NOT sign up, and I've been hindered from unsubscribing! Reply to the company: Telling me to contact my ISP shows a complete lack of understanding of how e-mail works. She has no access to my account. If you design the sign up process so you send a confirmation e-mail with a link she has to click on to complete the signup, then we'd have no problem. I let gmail filtering take care of the unwanted e-mails, so don't know if I still get them.

We’re sorry for the frustration, but there appear to be a few separate issues here. Winloot is only available to eligible participants in approved countries and regions. If you are located outside an eligible area, our site may restrict access, which could explain the error message you encountered. We also have no control over another person allegedly using your email address without your permission. If you believe your email account or address is being misused, we recommend contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Email Service Provider (ESP) for assistance. As for Winloot emails, we have no interest in sending messages to people who do not want them. We process unsubscribe requests regularly, and they may take 24–48 business hours to fully take effect. If Winloot emails are still reaching you, please contact our customer service team with the exact email address receiving them so we can verify that it has been removed from our lists.

This review contains a number of inaccurate claims about Winloot and how our sweepstakes operate. Winners are selected according to the official rules of each promotion. The use of computerized or automated winner-selection systems does not mean that Winloot can simply decide not to award legitimate prizes. We have awarded and paid many prizes, including substantial cash prizes, and we maintain records of our winners. It is also important to distinguish between a sweepstakes offering a prize of “up to” a certain amount and a claim that someone is guaranteed to win that amount. Sweepstakes prizes are awarded according to the specific rules and odds of each promotion. We understand that not winning a large prize can be frustrating, but statements that Winloot “scams players every day,” does not honor legitimate wins, or deliberately prevents winners from being selected are simply false.
