Their ice cream is awesome, however the shipping could be quicker. The delay in transit has been an issue with me, receiving ice cream that has already thawed. The company was great about it, reshipping the ice cream with more dry ice each time to assure it would get to me frozen. I like the product, so I continue to order it, despite a couple of bumps in the road. It's a great product!

I wanted to love this product. I ordered 6 pints believing if I did I would eat it no matter what. I couldn’t get past the first couple of bites with any of the flavors I purchased. I’ve tried other, lower calorie, ice creams, i.e. halo, and loved them....yes I know they are about 3 times the calories of Wink, but I would rather eat a 3rd of something I like than a spoonful of Wink. Sorry Wink - didn’t work for me! Additionally - I waited for 3 weeks for the package to arrive.

Keto/Low Carb dieter's best friend! Wink frozen desserts are a delicious way to curb your sweet craving when living a low carb or keto life style. Not having sweets has been my biggest issue with living low carbs; now that Wink has come to the rescue with a healthy, low calorie and low carb sweet treat, I can be much more successful on my diet.

Okay...maybe you are allergic to everything and cant have soy ice cream, coconut cream ice cream, real ice cream, sorbet, etc etc and you want SOMETHING...well if that's the case, keep looking because this is just awful. i ordered 10 different flavors and not only are they all awful, but they all taste the same. Like some slimy, artificial, flavorless, cold goo. $50 bucks wasted! You know that saying "it's better than nothing"??? Nope. Obviously they hadn't tasted Wink! I ordered this for keto diet and the Keto brand ice cream and Carbsmart are 100 times better than this...

For a Diabetic.....this is the best ice cream out there.....true not real ice cream......but if you have not had any sweets in years and then suddenly have Wink......you feel like you are cheating.....this is the best ever and we will continue to order......thank you for such a great dessert...

I have a horrendous sweet tooth, so I think my expectations for this ice cream were too high. I did not care for it at all, so I figured I was just out the $ I paid. However, I posted a review stating was not able to eat the ice cream because I didn't like it at all. The company promptly responded, asked for my information and gave me my $ back. FABULOUS customer service!!

This ice cream is excellent. For those with blood sugar concerns or just want to eat healthier, this is thee answer. Their ingredients are healthy, and when it comes to taste, they nailed it. I tried it just recently for the first time and gave one away to a friend who read the ingredients twice! He couldn't believe something so healthy, and tasty was possible. We need to help get the word out so stores will carry this product, we have a duty to send some joy those who have diabetes who don't know about this product.

I did not like the ice cream. To me none of the flavors taste like the kinds they were kind of a waste of money but the reason I gave three stars was because they were good with the shipping and I was actually impressed on how well they shipped the product but as for taste it is definitely not my cup of tea but don't let my review discourage you , everyone has different taste buds mine just didn't agree.
