Specially Debarun Roy, usne humse faaltu ke extra paise leliye aur kaam ke naam par kuch nahi kara. Aur paise wapas bhi nai dere hai. Overall bhot bakwaas experience tha. Don’t fall in their trap!!!

**Very disappointing experience with Wings Marketing & Finance.** The communication was very good during the sales process, and senior team members were readily available when we were discussing and making the payment. Unfortunately, the experience changed significantly after the sale was completed. After payment, getting responses to calls and messages became extremely difficult. Issues that were raised were not properly addressed, and the promised deliverables were not completed as we expected. During the sales discussion, we were told that with an advertising spend of **₹10,000 per month**, they would strive to achieve around **₹25,000 net profit**. We were also told that if the expected profit margin was not achieved, **one month of free service would be provided, continuing until a 10× ROAS was reached**. We also understood that future ad creatives would not involve additional charges. However, when it came time to actually resolve issues and deliver on what was discussed, the experience was very different. Instead of receiving proper support and resolution, we were repeatedly pushed toward additional paid services. The biggest disappointment is the lack of **post-sale support and accountability**. Being available and responsive during the sales process is not enough; customers also need the same level of support after payment. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering their services get **every promised deliverable, performance commitment, free-service condition, creative cost, and support responsibility clearly documented in writing before making any payment**. For us, the overall experience has been very disappointing, particularly because the expectations created during the sales process were not matched by the support and delivery afterward.

Review for Wings – Disappointing Experience & Poor Value for Money I worked with Wings for one month, but unfortunately, the overall experience was highly disappointing and far below my expectations. The performance marketing results were not impressive, and the sales generated so far are still lower than the amount I have paid in service charges. For the investment made, I expected measurable results, meaningful growth, and actual business value, none of which I experienced to a satisfactory level. What made the experience even more frustrating was the excessive pressure regarding payments. The number of calls and follow-ups for payment was noticeably high, but when it came to actual work, performance, and delivering results, the same urgency and commitment were clearly missing. There is a significant difference between being proactive in collecting payments and being equally accountable for delivering results. Unfortunately, my experience with Winks reflected the former more than the latter. Considering the results and the overall experience, I do not see any reason to continue this association further. Paying agency fees should not feel like a bigger achievement than generating actual business for the client. They are Fraud/ Scamster

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely disappointing experience We paid ₹70,000+ to Wings Marketing and Finance for e-commerce and marketing services. We were repeatedly given timelines for the website, checkout, payment gateway, Partial COD and advertising campaign, but the work was continuously delayed and the timelines kept changing. We were also told that certain payments were the final payments, but additional requirements and costs were raised later. Communication has been another major issue, with repeated follow-ups required just to get basic updates. Most recently, after another delay, we were told that the remaining issue was related to the Shiprocket account, even though this had not been clearly communicated to us earlier. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering their services independently verify everything, get the complete scope and costs in writing, and do not rely only on verbal promises. Our experience has resulted in significant expense, delays and frustration, with no profit from the work so far.

actually they are not worth for 1 star also very very worst service pls don't spoil your money with them really worst team. They won't give you responses and money only ultimate goal to them. First they will allocate fresher performance marketing person to your ads managing purpose all your meta amount they will spoil it with trial and error basis and whole day you should follow them they won't give any single response this will continue 3 days again they used to tell you taken basic service get premium package service we will assign world best performance marketer they will do best result per day 20 sale you will get like that they will do some mindset change again you have to pay more amount but result was very poor . Don't go with that team they are decent cheater fraud i lost my money with them 15K plus you don't loss your money.

In my personal experience, their sales team made big promises during onboarding, but after taking the payment, the experience was completely different. They became difficult to reach, calls were ignored, and instead of focusing on results, I was asked to spend more money by offering their own Meta account for running ads. If you’re planning to work with them, please do your own research and don’t blindly trust the promises made during the sales process.

Completely Scammed.. they first charge you one time fees and then will ask to run ads from there account then show you some old account where they run ad for themeself and then there manager will talk with you in bad words, I buy there services without checking there reviews this my issue so I got scamed but make sure gusy...
