I want to cancel, but they just ignore my request. They keep charging me with the Subscription, but I don't want to pay, and they don't give another way to cancel. It's rubbish, and they are thieves

I also have tried this at some point for curiosity to see what kind of app it is and how they use AI but canceled this immediately after that. I have even deleted it off my phone after I cancelled yet i just found out I have been getting charged every month since October!! They dont answer as I try to inactivate this and get the refund. It is a scam, i dont know how this is even possible.

I paid $41 for the subscription and then they wanted another $10 for something else, my only option was to close the task bar and then I can't log in because I was never given a pin or made one and then when I hit forgot password it doesn't send the link! Scam!

SCAM: After cancelling twice, they still keep charging me. This seems to be a new trend with online AI apps as they make it as difficult as possible to cancel and refuse to refund money playing dumb about the situation. Have to cancel my card because of this.
