Absolutely joke of a company! Glen ordered and ship the wrong product and refuses to issue a refund. And no, I can’t just exchange it. The item is built into the room. The entire glass door would need to be removed now. Carpenters would need to return to them build the new one and install it - none of that is free to me. I’m not sure what’s so difficulty to understand about.
