Got a few orders from them without issue. But my latest was returned to them by USPS for some unknown reason and I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone to issue a replacement or refund. I've tried 3 times via their website's online form, but no response. Horrible customer service and untrustworthy company.

This company is running some type of scam. They are producing tracking numbers and never sending the order. I emailed them multiple times. They finally responded, but still can’t provide me with any tracking information.

Windy cbd could work on responding to common issues customers have. I was charged twice for one vape pen because of a billing error. I still haven’t received my refund for one of the charges. I’ve waited two days.

Ordered 2 disposable Delta 8 pens. Neither worked, so I returned for replacement. That was a month. I have not received the replacements, or a credit. I have reached out numerous times, but they have never responded. Out over $40.
