I called to get my printer connected to computer. Your staff was very cordial and knowledgable. After several hours, the problem was addressed. The 4 hours was mainly my hunt & peck typing and the tech was exceptionally patient. I am able to print, using a USB cable and he will call me, in a.m. and I will have the user name and password that I have to get from my supplier for my router.

What made my experience good was to have ??? take the time to explain what is covered in my plan. My understanding was that e/gmail issues could be fixed by Windriver, and it can but that is not their business. Should you need any other problems regarding your computer resolved, Windriver will be able to resolve the issue.
