The technician explained everything he was going to do, although at times I didn't understand the process, the result of my limited computer knowledge and his accent. He was patient with my questions and respectful. My only "complaint" is that I wish he'd told me when he started just how long the maintenance would take: I wasn't prepared for the one hour-25 minute service.

They are there to help anytime, I do not know what I would do without their help with my computer and printer
