This company advertised a replacement for an Anderson window lock and receiver. When it arrived it was a small cheap piece of plastic, not the metal part I was replacing. They charged me return postage and a 20% "restocking"fee not to mention a long wait for the initial delivery. I would never do business with tis company!

If I could give a negative star I would. Ordered a screen door and they sent the wrong size and it was dented. Checked to see what it would cost me to return the screen (15 pounds) and it was from over $300 to $800! The screen cost $333. Plus add in the restocking fee, what a rip off. Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. The screen will be donated to Habitat for Humanity.

Website is not user friendly, making it extremely easy to order the wrong thing. Customer service is extremely slow and hard to contact. My order STILL says "processing, not yet shipped" even though I have received it and returned it. I have been told that I would receive my refund 24-48 hours after they've received the item. It has now been 2 weeks (336 hours) and I have received nothing. I have contacted them multiple times, and keep receiving the same answer, but no refund. They will be holding a restocking fee and did not pay shipping; I'm out at least $40 (if I get the refund at all). At best, this will cost you time (assuming you get the right part), but be ready to contact the company over and over again for any information. Here's my timeline; Order placed: 4/25/26 No update for shipping, reached out: 5/5/26 Received response: 5/8/26 Item received: 5/10/26 Refund requested: 5/11/26 No update on return request, reached out: 5/14/26 Tracking showed item received: 5/19/26 No update on return, reached out: 5/22/26 No update on return, reached out: 5/24/26 Finally told refund was processing: 5/26/26 No refund Reached out again: 6/1/26 Told again that refund was processing: 6/1/26

I have been on hold for 15 minutes 3X today to cancel an order. I was disconnected after 15 minutes. I left a voicemail and was told that a return call will be prompt. It's been 6 hours and no callback. Sent an email expressing concer and veification of cancellation and have not received a reply.

I ordered an Andersen screen door replacement, and when it arrived, it was the wrong size. I called to see if I could return it for the right size, and that's when I saw the lack of customer service. They said that I would have to pay for returning it ($200) because it was my mistake to order the wrong door. I explained that the website did not provide much information about it, but the "customer care agent" said, "I am sorry, there is nothing I can do. It was your own fault." It's astonishing how some companies are out there just to take advantage of you. I will write a letter to headquarters, but the lack of empathy and willingness to help the customer was striking. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not care about their customers
