My experience started with…Human kindness
My experience started with Disappointment as I was told that my routing number was incorrect therefore my funds were not available for my use . I then asked to speak with a supervisor to correct this problem as I was very upset and angry .What happened next was I spoke with Erica …and her calm professional demeanor was not only informative but gave me a sense of being heard . As Erica continued to reassure me that the issue at hand would be corrected, my insides felt an inner peace and hope for our future in this world , it was an amazing feeling 😇 Erica was truly an angel that my life needed to meet . Erica not only gave me the confidence to continue on working with Willow lake , but saved an extremely negative review that I was hell bent on writing and sending for all to see about Willow lake. When other lending companies denied me
When other lending companies denied me, Willow Lake took a chance and granted me a small amount which I used to fund my small business and generate revenue for the first few months. I’m happy to be a partner with Willow Lake Lending!

The process although somewhat time, …
The process although somewhat time consuming was extremely professional and friendly. Every step checked by a manager and every step explained. I was very impressed and greatful. There so many scammers out here. It is scary knowing who to trust with your banking information. I'm trusting you!
