Brittany was simply amazing when it came to Customer Service. She not only worded everything perfectly, Brittany took the time to make sure I got the complete information that I needed. I am not racial and I don’t usually the judge when it comes to different cultures. Most of your people have strong accents and are very hard to understand. I am very hard of hearing and when you confront them about talking to an American person that speaks English, they usually hang up on you. So rude. So I was really thankful that she could understand English and speak it correctly. I would recommend her on the front line of your Customer Service or whatever she is working towards. She was totally amazing.

My experience was great because it was fast, everything was explained. It may be a lot of money to pay ack however that is the motivation to pay it back quickly.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Tessa! It’s great to hear the positive feedback. You are correct that this is an expensive form of borrowing.
