The product itself is fine… if it ever arrives. Like all the other complaints here, shipping is a nightmare. I placed an order and it sat for weeks. Emails go completely ignored. After finally tracking down a phone number, I was told it was back ordered. Website doesn’t say that. Your confirmation email doesn’t say that. But then, magically, the very next day it was in and being shipped. That was more than a week ago. Still no product. So, my mistake for trying something new. But, never again.

I am in the process of trying to get my $80 back but with no response at all. They are terrible at customer service!!!! Do not order from them I ordered a bottle that was destroyed in transit and they don’t care

I started off with a subscription, which was supposed to include free shipping, but every month, I was charged shipping , then had to get it refunded. I was told I'd need to cancel the subscription and sign up again to solve the problem. By the time I was informed this, I had discovered the wholesale line, and since I own a CBD store, I decided to sign up for that. The first shipment was fine, the next shipment was not. Part of the order was returned by FedEx, before a delivery attempt was made. Willie's has yet to address this issue. I have emailed them multiple times. I tried calling, but was sent to voicemail, and it disconnected before I finished leaving a message. I love the product, but they do not know how to conduct business or provide any customer service.

My very expensive order came broken and I have tried, telephone, email. Social media, and reviews all multiple times but they will not even respond and it has been months. Total rip off.

Customer service is so bad. They shorted me a bottle in my 3-bottle order. I've been trying to reach out for 10 days. Three attempts. Nothing. Looks like I'm not the only one. Pretty weak for a company to treat customers like that.

Order never received even though they sent an email saying it was delivered. I have sent several emails regarding the order never being received but.no response for the last 2.weeks. I cannot find a phone number to call either. The Better Business Bureau is my next step.

I ordered a bundle package and did not recieve what I ordered but customer service accused me of lying and now wants to charge me for returning what I did not order... talk about deceptive trade practices.. I do not recommend doing business with them

My order has been lost in the mail for 4 weeks, nobody responds to their email address, no phone number to call, no refund. This is terrible service…no service. They are real quick to take your money and ignore you.
