I, like a few other customers, am not happy with Willie's Remedy. Ordered one bottle to try, received two bottles w/different Invoice numbers. Customer Service claimed I ordered both. They would not say they had set me up w/subscription. After many emails, CS finally agreed to take second bottle back and gave address to return it. Atlanta, GA no less. Cost $13.65 to return bottle. 4 days later received another bottle in mail which I refused. A month later still no refund issued. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I placed my order on 7/30, received notification my package was on the way 8/1, but tracking still shows “waiting on merchant” on 8/9. Only way to contact them is AI which is useless. I will never order again. It is expensive and waiting this long cannot be worth it.

I have placed a few orders as i love the product. Customer service is utter crap and will put them out of buisness. I like Willie Nelson but he has some lazy garbage as customer service and staff. I had an issue with my last order so i reached out for a status check because I had an issue. A week later zero response was from customer service. Sorry but the high cost of the product and garbage customer service that ignores problems to the point that the customer is threatening to end the buisness with them and take it tothe competition who would happy to have my buisness and not alienate me by not responding to emails and requests for a status check. Things happen and i get that just be honest about it and I am cool with it otherwise I will cancel my relationship with bad companies. Its an employee problem and thats a problem for me. Even when I said i would terminate doing buisness and initiate a charge back on my card as no product, money taken from the purchase and zero response from the company on status checks. But I refuse to do buisness with any company that operates like that because I dont trust them with my buisness or cardinformation. I enjoy the product but if something is out of stock or theirs an issue with the order like a delay own it as soon as they are aware and updatethe webstores.But to ignore the problem is to look shady as heck ignore customer service requests from customers is unprofessional and lazy. That gets you fired at legit companies let alone multiple emails. As the frustration built so did the threats to stop doing buisness with them and am waiting till Monday to do a charge back. As it's been over a week since the problem has happened and I tried to resolve but the employees refuse to respond and I have canceled my subscription. I will try them again when the reviews improve and orders dont sit on the shelf a week and telling people it will ship out after the weekend not a week or longer with no email saying that theirs a problem with the order and its delayed after charging my card immediately and good buisness is to authorize the charge and not charge the card till it has a shipping label and ready for pickup in short charge when its shipping that day and boxed ready to go.not when its ordered . But they broke my trust and they lost my buisness and referrals to friends and family. I will be taking my buisness elsewhere, They will be happy to take my money. Its a shame that it ends like this as I enjoyed the product and the behavior of the customer service staff ignoring a simple status check after it was obvious it was not getting processed but I had not recieved anything since we lfirst requested a status check and if possible to cancel an item that I did not want as I tried them and they tasted like a cheap wine coolers to my wife and I and not the soda it was sold as. No biggie just nothing l would ever order but was not in my cart when the order was placed and easy to cancel the soda and not delay it at all. But i said no big deal we wont drink it but someone will. But I lost my trust in Willies and I am done with them till they respond and make things right and earn my trust back. Till then I will not do buisness with them or for that matter any company that doesnt care about customer service or that their employees cost them my by ignoring them. Get rid of the incompetent,lazy, overpaid employees that are not doing their jobs and pissing off the customer to the point that they are no longer customers because they shattered the trust and are of no help. BUT THEPRODUCTS LEGIT AND PEOPLE LOVE IT. ITS A SHAME THAT WILLIE IS NOT GETTING INVOLVED AFTER SEEING MAJOR RED FLAGS WITH REVIEWS ALL SAYING CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE AND MAYBE THEY WILL RESPOND BUT MOST DONT GET A RESPONSE AND THESE EMPLOYEES ARE HIS NAME AMS IMAGE AND HIS REPUTATION. BUT THEY WILL DESTROY HIS BUISNESS AND HIS REPUTATION. PLUS A FEW MILION DOLLARS IN WASTED MONEY ON SOMETHING THAT IS SLOW MOVING PRODUCT BECAUSE THE EMPLOYESS MADE IT SOUND LIKE A SCAM AND NOT LEGIT AND CUSTOMERS THINKING WHAT ELSE ARE THEY LYING ABOUT. BUT I LIKED THE PRODUCT ENOUGH TO ORDER MULTIPLE TIMES AMD THE PRODUCT IS LEGIT AND GOOD TASTING. BUT THE COMPANY IS UTTERLY WORTHLESS AND DOING MORE TO DAMAGE THE BRAND AND PRODUCT BEING LEGIT. I spoke to a customer service representative to cancel deliveries. I thought I had stopped deliveries. I do like Willies remedy as a substitute for alcohol but it has an undesirable reaction with medications I take. I have not been able to get in contact with Willies since.

Zero response from customer service. They say they accept returns but they won't even respond. I had an adverse reaction to a small amount. I reached out 2 times. Nothing. Would not recommend them or their products.

Finally got weed. Ordered 56 grams, got 28. Missing 28 grams. This is a sorry excuse for a company! Guaranteed I will be harassing these people until I get what I paid for!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

After reading a ton of reviews, and dealing with the s*** I’m dealing with. This company will be a fart in the wind. There’s plenty of other drinks out there that do the same thing and are much easier to obtain. You have a 50-50 chance at best when it comes to getting what you ordered, And you have probably a 0% chance of getting ahold of anyone through email or phone. They do business like the crooks before the Internet used to do business, the problem is now word gets out fast. Hope you either get your shit together or you go out of business because that’s what you deserve if not

I really wanted to have a good experience with Willie’s Remedy, but so far it has been disappointing. I placed my order and have been waiting much longer than I expected. The part that has been the most frustrating isn’t even the delay itself—it’s the lack of communication. I emailed customer support over a week ago asking for an update and have still not received any reply, even though the company’s policy says customers should receive a response within 48 hours. I understand that shipping delays can happen. Things go wrong sometimes, and I can be patient when a company is honest and keeps customers informed. What I don’t understand is why my email has gone unanswered for this long. A simple update would have gone a long way. At this point, I still don’t know where my order stands or when, or if, I’ll receive it. I hope someone from the company reaches out and resolves the issue because I really wanted to try the product. Until then, based on my experience, I can’t recommend ordering from them. I hope they improve their customer service because communication matters just as much as the product itself.
