Warning, if you order Willie‘s remedy through their website, there’s a great chance you will not receive the product and they will not provide a refund. Don’t waste your money or time. Go to a local provider and just buy THC drink from someone locally.

This company is a complete fraud. Many people are complaining. They create shipping lebels but never send your product. They just take the money and you have to dispute it with your credit card. BE AWARE. BAD COMPANY

Terrible customer service, hadn’t received order as of 9-9-26, placed order 8-24-26, received email stating label was created and that’s it, was given a piss poor excuse, and would resend, still hadn’t received order, it’s is a complete scam! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Join LOTS of negative reviews! For a company that is using a personal brand, they should be ashamed. Maybe “Willie” doesn’t care and just sold his likeness. As others have pointed out, read CAREFULLY so as to not get stuck with a subscription…why would someone do that before they’ve tried. As for trying, there is no way to try the beverages without spending $100. If you are a new customer, you can give up your email for a discount…it amounts to a few dollars. Plus, yiu pay a lot for shipping and, as 71% of the customers have reported, your delivery will probably not, show up and you won’t be able to get a refund because the company says it was “lost” and they are not responsible. Even though many customers have documentation to show shipping was never initiated. If it does show up, it’s delayed significantly and an arrival date will not be given. I say it’s probably stuck on containers from China, Those who have tried say it’s not so good anyway.

JUST DON’T! NEVER RECEIVED ORDER! They took the money 3 weeks ago and now nothing. They stopped correspondence after I told them I needed an “arrive by date” or I would contact my bank to dispute. They scammed a lot of people -don’t be another one.

Terrible experience. After two weeks of waiting for an order that never shipped, I asked for a refund. It was denied and they implied I was lucky they were doing me the favor of reshipping something they were not responsible for getting lost. Per USPS they never even turned the item over for shipping, so whose fault might it be? At any rate, don't trust the reviews on their webpage, shocker. Here are the exact words of the customer service rep, you can judge for yourself: "At this time, we’re unable to process a refund for the order. While we’re not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed while in transit, we’ve made a one-time courtesy exception for customers affected by the recent USPS issue by providing complimentary reshipments for the affected batch of orders."

I placed an order on 7/28/26 and as of today have not received my order. I contacted Grow Willie's by email and got the run around. Was told they were having shipping problems. I believe this company is a scam and suggest to anyone thinking about ordering from them-don't!!
