Our chicken and beef should arrive in excellent condition, and it’s concerning to hear about the freezer burn and leaking packages. While dry ice and shipping conditions can occasionally damage packaging, it shouldn’t result in a mess—or worse, meat that’s unusable. The ribeyes, in particular, should never be that tough or lacking in flavor, and we're truly sorry they didn’t meet expectations.
