I have placed a number of orders with Wild Fork over the past eight months. In that time, we have had two occasions where an issue occurred with a product. I emailed customer service and within two days, received a reply and credit. Food has come frozen and in good order. Would highly recommend.

Really been pleased with the quality and selection. Didn't care to spend $29 to get free shipping but when I consider all the packaging, I realized it was worth it. So much selection, and most is priced quite reasonably. My biggest problem is shopping while hungry. Went on to order maybe $50-$60 this morning, ended up buying $170. But it's stuff not available near me, and the sizes of the packaging are perfect for us. Wild Fork has enabled me to be much more creative in my meal planning.

Ordered $200 worth of meat. It was delivered to local UPS early Friday morning and they said it was out for delivery. Then they changed it. It arrived Monday, rotten. Jordan issued me a refund and I reordered. UPS again held it for a day, but it was middle of the week, so it only sat for a day. The meat was incredible.

I ordered almost $500 in USDA Beff picanha and everything was delivered in my house in Colorado perfectly frozen I’m surprised with that and I will shop again for sure with them soon.

Hubby wasn't familiar with sizes of rack of lamb. He complained too small for the price and the company IMMEDIATELY refunded his money. THEN he talked to me. YIKES. I told him the rack of lamb looked really good and was the size most are. After cooking on the smoker I was very happy. The taste didn't have the heavy mutton flavor but was mild and melt in your mouth tender. Lots of meat on the bones! I'm really sorry hubby didn't know better. Will be buying more!

Great fast delivery, all food arrived shipped in 2 days, froze solid! We have had 2 orders shipped and everything was delicious! We are 250 miles from where food is shipped and so far no problems! The ribeyes are to die for, super tender and delicious!
