Lost my order 3 times and all for holiday meals. No real help to resolve with a re ship just a refund. A refund is not always the best resolution. Not consistent, one order good but many are bad.

Was a good deal until they canceled memberships and instituted an uncompetitive "free shipping" threshold of $200. Product is good, but not good enough to warrant that kind of increase. Will be moving on to the competition now. Oh, final straw was when they charged my checking $29 for a yearly membership, them promptly canceled my membership the same day. "Customer Service" said I had to wait 5 to 7 business days for a refund despite this being their fault. Clowns.

Order went into black hole. Never received and email confirmation. The order shows online but hasn't been picked up by UPS. This is after buying enough to get free shipping but still being charged $29.95. Good luck getting a response via their email. Not sure what to do at this point.....just waiting.

My first order with Wildfork will be my last. I spent close to $500 to stock my freezer. I spent well over an hour to vacuum seal what was supposed to be freezer ready. The first thing I tried was thier chicken breast, it was so rancid I threw it in the trash . I will stick to my local butcher from here on out. Wildfork is a complete sham that sells nothing less than an agenda of quality, while they supply nothing short of garbage..!!

Overcharged $38.45. 2 items from old orders were charged again. I did a lot of business with them to be overcharged. They delete the survey on their website.

Husband liked the Berkshire pork chops made another large order with all types of meat. The most bland Italian sausage and the texture was bubblegum. Going to try bratwurst but I can always order a pizza.

Purchased thousands of dollars in food from them over the last couple of years with only minor issues. And then they started to trend down hill in 3Q/2023. After they updated their website requiring people to update their password, which I did, all of my credit card purchases became denied. Used an online competitor to purchase our meats and my card worked perfectly. Contacted their Customer Support three times - and they simply indicate continued website problems. Same BS three months later. No solutions whatsoever, other than suggesting they can take a telephone order for an additional service charge. Their responsibility to Members is non-existent. And now another issue… I updated my online account several months ago to cancel and not renew my Annual Membership due to their longterm website problems and lack of proper Customer Support. Yet today, I see a $30 charge on my card for a membership renewal. My online account still states the Membership expired several days ago and will not be renewed. These folks are highly incompetent and will completely turn their backs on their best Customers. They are not to be trusted. Contacting their Customer Service is no different than calling your local Post Office. Good luck in getting anything properly resolved. They have more negative reviews than positive ones, so that is definitely a red-flag for their business. And things will only get worse as they expand their poor service into Canada, given they obviously cannot properly support their operations in the United States. Not recommended!
