I am Wild Fork’s biggest fan! The quality of the meat, the flavor are outstanding! And the prices are competitive for the quality you receive! Customer service is more than can be expected! And the selection is amazing! I never buy in stores any more! HOWEVER, something happened this order that is making me rethink my loyalty! When I placed my order the preliminary price was $321.00l. They warn you that prices will change based on the final picked weight of the selection! That makes sense…. But this time my final charge was billed as $487, A 52% increase!! Statistically I could demonstrate that this is impossible, and can only be fraud in its most blatant form! Another case of a great shopping experience being destroyed by a cheap money grab! It hurts me to report this, because I really was Wil Fork’s biggest fan!

Product weight is inconsistent with package labels.

Quality of the food is great but shipping fees are way out of line. I live in the same state as they do and charged 24.95 for shipping. Will be my last order from them and it is a shame because I did love the quality.

I guess the first part isn’t within their control.Ordered in advance and said would be delivered on Weds the day before Thanksgiving It was supposed to arrive by 1:15 pm according to UPS.Actually showed up a little after 6:00 pm. It was hard frozen,now the label says thaw in refrigerator for 24 hrs…if I followed safe handling instructions for poultry it would be 7:00 pm Thanksgiving day before i can brine for 6 hours =01:00 the day after thanksgiving before start cooking so I guess Thanksgiving dinner will be Friday morning Not blaming BUT if you know the things needed that much time to thaw,,,maybe should have shipped day earlier…And before any smart a$$es say I should have ordered sooner,,,I ordered plenty earlier but wasn’t shipped as soon as ordered

My steaks were disappointing for the price. One was perfect 11/2 pounds. The other was flat and only .8 pounds. Was looking forward to fathers day but not now. I will try someone else next time. Was expecting the steaks to be closer in size for the price. Not a good first time experience.

After posting a negative review, I was contacted by the store manager who said he will try to get my lost in the mail gift card issue resolved.
