a hit or miss with delivery. they dont stick to delivery windows and sometimes lets you wait a full day. convenient to have support line over the weekend but some agents are more interested in giving lectures than solving problems.

I have ordered thru wildfork since Nov 2023. The quality has continued to deteriorate. The only items I will ever order from them again is the hanger steak and the skirt steak. Every other item I have ordered has either been too tough to eat, or way too much fat...and I like fat on my meat, and as for the shrimp...tough and inedible.

Some products are good and well priced but today i had a bad experience and has to do with policies and poor training of personal Ordered online to pick yp today. The meat the packer choose was not what I dxpected. Wanted exchanged and was told they could not do that. I could buy it again but call an 800 to return the one I did not like Will take a long break buying from wild fork

they have zero interest in treating customers as individuals. It doesn't matter that I won't be home at 9 in the morning to get my order, they refuse to deliver it later. It took weeks for someone at wildfork to reach out to me after I asked that my situation be escalated, this is the response: "We have followed up with our delivery partner regarding your request to adjust the delivery window to match your availability. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or adjust the delivery time frame beyond the standard 9-12 window the drivers for this delivery platform could potentially even delivered later than 12 due to issues out of their control so we want to always make sure that the order is delivered that same day that is being expected." I was spending about $400 a month with them. Now I will have to shop someplace else

Ordered a 4lb tenderloin for Christmas and got a 7lb tenderloin. Ordered a 4lb tenderloin for Easter and got a 1.5lb tenderloin. When I called, I was told that you get whatever they have and there is nothing to be done about it. I paid more for shipping than the actual product. Never again.

The quality of the product is great, the problem is their delivery fees and policies. They announce that for states where they do not have a shop, they deliver either with a 2-day ground service or a next day air delivery that supposedly you can choose from. For more than a year now that has not been the case and with a 99.95$ + tax delivery that makes the option of shopping there is non existent.

I have ordered several items through Wild Fork. In my most recent order I requested the alligator tenderloins. The reviews were good and the photo showed 4 pieces equating to the 1 pound. When I thawed out the alligator, there were 9 pieces of tenderloin equating to the 1 pound. When I pulled the meat off of the smoker at 160 degrees, the meat was rubbery and tough. I wrote a review on there website but it disappeared within minutes. Why would they send 9 pieces of meat in a 1 pound package. Pieces are too small to do anything with. Never again.
