Ordered a Prime brisket. supposedly to be around 14 plus lbs, totaling about $75. Wrote them an email to tell them I had no room to store a brisket over 15 LBS. They responded with this,"Unfortunately, we are not able to accept requests for specific sizes or weights at this time. This has been highlighted as an area of opportunity for the future. Our team is trained to pick as close as possible to the approximated weights listed on our website, though this may vary depending on the current inventory. The brisket arrived at 21 LBS! and cost $106 PLUS. Thats HALF again as much weight as estimated and almost 50% more than estimated cost. Their team training OBVIOUSLY leaves a lot to be desired.

After a number of orders over previous months the latest hasn’t even been shipped a week after ordered even though I received an early email that it was packed and a ups label had been created. I did contact their customer service who advised that they were having fulfillment issues at their warehouse. I have cancelled my monthly membership and will not order from Wild Fork again.

The customer service is abysmal. They never respond to their online chat or questions. If you call you are on hold forever and then you get hung up on or disconnected. I order a product that was in stock on Wednesday then somehow out of stock the next day for my delivery. Yet online it still showed the product in stock. You have to reorder any products that you do not receive with your delivery, They also tell you that your email isn’t working even though you receive your invoice and billing info through your email. I cancelled my membership.

I have purchased from Wildfork several times but this time they had a flash sale which I took advantage of. They took my order and sent me a delivery date. Only when the date passed did I call them because in the past their delivery dates were reliable. This time they told me that they were out of stock and had to cancel my order and when I wanted the item available on their flash sale I would have to pay the regular price. That is no way to treat a good customer.

I ordered 267.00 from this company. Three things were missing on the order. The box was crushed, and the croissants fell out of a bag. The inbred/hybrid populations have destroyed human food and the burgers tasted like their AIDS poisoning venison in Wisconsin. The King Salmon used to be brilliant red, and it has turned to a dingy pinkish orange and the bitter taste it has is grotesque.

Terrible. Horrible. I eat very good food. Their food is awful. Don’t shop there. It’s fatty and bland. No good.

Sword Fish was tough and tasteless. Looked great in the package. Grew up on fresh in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Maryland. Publix frozen is very good. This was not enjoyable. Sorry.

I have no idea how the product is! I placed an order yesterday to be picked up next Tuesday. I then received an email this morning that my order was "picked up" and my credit card was charged. I did not pick it up. I called the number on the email and have been on hold as Caller #1 for over 2 hours!! I also emailed them. I received a response that they are looking in to it and should reply within 48-72 hours. To review: ordered, someone else picked it up a week early, I was charged, still on hold (over 2 hours), no email response. Will I have my order by Easter???
