Ordered a sampler pack along with a lot of other meats. One of the premade meals (Chicken Alfredo) in the sampler was badly spoiled. Contacted Wild Fork about this. At the time of writing this it has been several weeks since I contacted them and they can not be bothered to respond to the complaint. Will not be ordered from them again if they do not stand behind their product. Avoid.

I ordered from them the cream and cheese gratin potatoes and they are horrible. Takes forever to cook and bottoms are burned and inside cold. I cooked exacts directed on box in my brand new Breville oven. I used the potatoes as a test before order anything else. No more orders for me from this company.

My order was not delivered to me. Their tracking indicates it was… no one answers the phone or returns my emails. This is very poor customer service. This is food that I actually eat.

I ended up in the hospital with Campylobacter. There's nothing much more to say.

Don't ever order from this place I ordered a pheasant and a box of 4 quail it only came with 1 box with quail was open inside the sealed box it came in would not send me a replacement because it was under $35 only a refund would not let me speak to a manager because it's against their policy

Ordered lobster tails (two orders) Lobster meat (two orders) Jumbo shrimp and Ribs but received bread and pizza. This is not okay. Received a $40 order instead of the $180 order for seafood with guests waiting

first order was fast and good, second order was held up by ups , called phone line was on hold 2 different days was number one in que for 25 minutes after waiting from number 4

OK so you can't even leave a review for a product on their website any longer. The stew meat is the absolute worst quality you can get. Tough as old boots no matter how you cook it. This place USED to be good but not anymore. It's some of the worst meat I have eaten lately. Won't be shopping there again.
