My chuck roast had plentiful of worms. Even after cooking for three hours, the worms came out by the wayside. Sorry, but I threw it out. The scallops were disgusting The salmon had weird stuff on the skin and after cooking it was so slimy just to look at it - disgusted as I wasted good money for a variety of fish and meats. All went into the thrash. WON'T GO BACK EVER.

Had a terrible delivery experience. They recently switched from UPS delivery to a courier service by me. The website says tips are appreciated, not required, but of course I still tipped. Delivery guy comes to my door, tells me tips are appreciated and just stands there. Tells me the tip I left online didn't come through. Had to stand there for a full 5 minutes sending a Venmo to a delivery guy. Wild Fork support wasn't super helpful. Looks like they're either scamming these drivers or their new delivery service is garbage. Either way, I'm done with Wild Fork.

The way they deliver their products is disgusting, I had a window of 8am to 12noon they left the bag at the front door at 12.45, bag was wet and the bottom was split open, DAH is was out for delivery for 4hrs 45mins. This was from the Sand Lake Rd location, 10 minutes from my house. They won’t be getting anymore of my money.

Major purchase with major issues. Freezer Burn, poor tasting products, way overpriced for the INFERIOR products. They take advantage of you when ordering online and having the orders shipped. No customer service after the sale especially if you had a poor expierence. Reading these reviews it seems I'm not alone. I'll leave you with this BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE

After trying to place an order for two solid weeks with no luck...phone not answer, call disconnected, e-mails not answered, etc., etc. I have concluded that this place is either a) about to go out of business (the one time they answered an e-mail the CSR said their shopping "cart isn't working" (but no way I could order by phone!) of b) it's a total scam. No way I am going to submit my credit information and order a couple hundred dollars of meat from what appears to be a bogus company. I buy all my groceries online and this is the first time I have ever encountered problems.

I usually ordered our Easter Lamb from the local butcher but his year decided to give mobile grocery a try and ordered my lamb from Wild Fork Foods over a week in advance and requested the lamb delivery no later than Friday before Easter. They lost my lamb. UPS says they never shipped, and Wild Fork Foods blames UPS. They simply wrote an apology email and refunded my order leaving me stranded for my family’s Easter dinner. I will NEVER use this company again nor recommend them for anyone else to try. David, Holland, MI

My stuff showed up all thawed out it was not rotten but it had to be refreezed. I called them and then emailed them and never even bothered to respond.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I ordered John Dory, which is one of my favorite all time delicate white fish. After thawing it, I was concerned because it was hockey puck hard and felt more like a beach worthy frisbee. I will never order from them again. I have been a home chef/cook for 50 years and this was one of the worst products I have ever attempted to use. Canned salmon would have been an upgrade.
