Customer Service is completely incompetent. I requested a callback. When they did callback, the representative had none of my information. She said it just shows a name; however, they call me back at my cell. Then she gave me an attitude when I suggested she look my account up using my phone number. She hung up.

2/3 times wild fork foods have missed my order. And their best advice is to cancel and put in for a new order. Highly undependable company, with no path to resolving the issues in completing orders for their customers.

Delivery was fine. I ordered from them to see if the service was worth the savings. I ordered a 15 pound brisket. It was only 8lbs no notice, nothing letting me know why so small when advertized as 15lbs. I spent several hours locating another locally but was hard on short notice and only flats availible. After trimming it wieghed less than 6 lbs there was so much fat. The quality was so-so, get better at box store. Needless to say won't subscribe or purchase again very unethical advertizing one an sending another.

I have used Wild Fork 7 times. The 5 times delivered local in Texas were terrible experiences because they use Roadie to deliver. The order never makes it to the destination! Who hires these drivers? Terrible service. I tell them a redeliver date and they get wrong! No one is home to put the food in the freezer. It's sitting out in the Texas heat! I will never use them again.

I’ve ordered from them 4 times and 2 of the orders never arrived. .500 gets you in HOF of baseball but for groceries it stinks. I’m done with them. You can’t count in them to deliver.

I ordered salmon and it came half thawed out and paper thin.Very disappointed,canceled my membership, called them and sent pictures and they did nothing to fix it

Never again will we spend our money here!! Roast was mostly fat and waste. Paid 13.99 lb and total cost $50 and time we carve off fat we fed two of us. Wish I could Post a pic!
