I had a great experience making reservation. The travel expert asked about our family’s goals and preferences for the trip. Then, she provided three very sensible options. We were able to choose the option that best meets our needs.

We haven't taken the tour yet, but the planning process has been delightful. When we started, my wife and I knew only that we wanted to do an Africa Safari. We didn't know where or when or how long or how much it would cost--literally clueless. Anneli introduced herself and by the time she was done we have planned what I'm sure will be a trip of our lives. We've traveled fairly extensively, and pretty much know what to look for in an agent. Anneli's patience with my ever changing requests was outstanding. She was extremely flexible in offering options and was always aware of staying around our budget once she advised what it might cost to do all of what we thought we wanted. I'll have more to say when we return from the safari, but I can't imagine that it will be anything but a glowing review.
