We had the most amazing experience! We had Golden and Obi as our favorite guides! Lulu at Ruckamechi was incredible! We can’t wait to come back to Africa!

Our six-country journey across Africa recently ended with a three-night, unforgettable stay in Rwanda at the Wilderness Bisate Lodge. Our entire experience at The Bisate perfectly fit the definition of “World-Class Excellence” across every conceivable measurement. The scenery, accommodations and dining were amazing in themselves; but perhaps the most valuable asset of The Bisate was the people who worked there. Although there are too many on-staff superstars to mention, we must call out the leadership displayed by Benjamin and Patrick, who set the tone for a truly unique and extraordinary experience. We have had the good fortune to literally stay at hundreds of the finest resorts, hotels and lodges across more than sixty countries of the world,,, and The Bisate ranks #1 in terms of service and operational excellence. Rwanda Wilderness Bisate Lodge = Our Highest Recommendation. Congratulations to the entire Bisate Team for a job very well done!!

Wonderful trip Tents were amazing Hospitality better imposible Food very nice Guides with amazing knowledge

The tents were beautiful facing the Zambezi River. We loved that the location was in the Mosi-os-Tunya National Park and the the resort's commitment to the community and nature. We loved seeing Victoria Falls from both the Zimbabwean side and the Zambian side. It was relaxing to escape the hustle and bustle of Vic Falls and return to such a peaceful place where we could see animals on the water and on land. It was a dream!

My husband and I worked with Antonina Welfing to set up our safari to Botswana. She was so helpful and gave us wonderful and detailed information about the camps we were thinking about. It was hard to decide among the camps but with her knowledge and guidance it helped us tremendously. We loved both the camps we went to, Chitabe and Little Vumbura, both in the Okavango Delta in Botswana. The guides were also amazing, Duke at Chitabe and Nono at Little Vumbura were delightful and shared such interesting facts not only about the animals but also their environment. The accommodations at both camps surpassed our expectations, the service staff were friendly and helpful. The food was incredible and the chefs were always available to answer any questions you may have. I never expected our safari to reach these levels! Just amazing...... Wilderness also helped us with our arrival and departure, meeting us at the baggage claim and when we left shuttled us through the airports to assure we got through security lines easily and to our gates in plenty of time. We were so impressed with this additional service! Made our trade so much easier......... Hoping to make it back again soon.

We returned from Rwanda and Zimbabwe a few weeks ago and can’t stop talking about how incredible our experience was. Wilderness made everything easy and breathtaking. We felt so safe and cared for the whole time at every transfer, drive, and plane ride. And the food was brilliant. We will most certainly use Wilderness for our next adventure.

Unforgettable experience our guid CJ was brilliant, as birders his knowledge was very helpful.

From the moment you arrive at the lodge you are treated like royalty! Everything is absolutely perfect. The game viewing is surely the best in Africa! The guides at Wilderness camps are excellent! Food at Vumbura was Michelin Star quality. Overall an experience you will never forget.
