Great Service!
When my order arrived, I had one product which was dysfunctional, and it was replaced for free! Shipping was prompt, customer service was courteous and warm, and the prices were very good. I will definitely be looking to purchase from again, as well as recommending to friends.

Unbelievably quick delivery!!
The product was exactly as described on the website. It arrived super fast!! I ordered on a Friday and it came the next day! I couldn't believe it! Plus it was free shipping. I ordered a similar product from a different company in the same day, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive almost a week later, and I paid $15 shipping!!

Great products and value
Wilderness Survival Gear is the best site I have found to purchase freeze dried food for my backpacking adventures. They offer quality products at a good value. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends. Thank you again!

Friendly, Helpful and Knowledgeable customer service & SPEEDY FAST delivery!
Placed my order on Monday and incredulously received the next day! The customer service rep was able to confirm that the product of interest, Mountain House Seafood Chowder, was being discontinued. Also provided their inventory of remaining product. And decided to scoop up the lot! We live on the Central Coast of Oregon where clam chowder is a big attraction. My husband and I think Mountain House Seafood Chowder is as good or even better than what you'd find locally.

I apologize if your order is late. If you are in Colorado, it is very possible the flooding there has caused a delay with the shipment. Unfortunately I do not have enough information here to contact you directly. Please contact us through the website and we will do everything we can to help. Our telephone number and contact form are located on the About Us page which is linked at the bottom of every page on our site. Thank you.
