Terrible experience with communication and zero service
I engaged Wikiagency based on all the good reviews and website starting April 2026. Initially they promised a 4 to 5 week turnaround after most of the data had been provided to them. Their payment method of PayPal on May 18th did not make it to them for some odd reason. It took them 4 weeks to indicate to me PayPal had closed their account and that I should dispute the charge. Several accounts and chats later also various channels included xoom indicated no such account existed or had been flagged as suspicious. Finally after many tries later wise was used to send out their money in good faith on July 11. Despite various promises, there was no draft offered, no update provided and nothing submitted. When asking them for an update, they have gone completely silent and I find I am wondering whether there is some issue with this team if there is one or if it is a scam. Unless they confirm their zoom calls, booking on calendly is no use. I found out the hard way. They kept saying they receive money all the time from all their clients and that only my payment was an issue apparently. Please do not use this service unless they become more transparent and professional. Today is July 22nd ..still waiting.
