WIGSPARK or HAOHAR is a dishonest Company. Dont buy anything. It is ugly, bad quality and they dont refund.

Complete scam do not buy from these ......plus check out any wig sites as many are popping up under different names but same group of scammers. My advise never buy wig on line.

I bought a wig for my family member who is going through chemotherapy, it did not suit her so I tried ro refund, I was told regunding is tricky, after many emails, they promised to refund 30% of the total which was £169 - after many weeks they still did not refund. I am really unhappy but I am donating the wig to a cancer charity for free. Im very upset that I am out of pocket. Do not buy from this company.

Achtung! Betrug seit Ende Mai habe ich ständig Email Kontakt,damit ich eine 30% Entschädigung retour bekomme, weil mir die farbe der Perücke gar nicht gefallen hat. Zurücksenden ist aufgrund der hohen Kosten keine Option und wird von wigspark so schlecht dargestellt, dass sie eine Entschädigung anbieten. Seither habe ich kein geld erhalten und warten seit 7 wochen darauf und nun gibt es auch seit 2 wochen keine antwort mehr. Unfassbar was da mit einem gemacht wird. Die sollten sich richtig schämen, Kunden so über den Tisch zu ziehen . Nie wieder !!!!!

don't get what you ordered, ordered for a friend the wrong product arrived very late shipped from China which was not made clear product is cheap and nasty customer service offer no help avoid ordering from this company

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! There is NO lace front to trim The “mono top” has a fixed parting The inside “silk lace” is Rough and itchy I don’t think this wig is “real hair” as advertised either

Scammers to stay away from them Did not deliver my order and offered 30% refund despite their choice not to insure product and their choice of courier. They want me to pay for their incompetence. Lovely photos but fake China based company with very poorly written Rnglush by customer services.

This company is a complete scam. They sell sub standard goods and dob you off and do not issue a refund. They tell you to return the goods to China. Its a complete rip-off stay well clear!! I am not the only one to have this happen to. Beware.
