I ordered a wig from them on April…
I ordered a wig from them on April 17th. On April 19th they said they were making the wig. On their website it says that it takes 3-5 days to make a silky straight wig and 2-3 days for delivery. I didn’t hear anything from them so I emailed them on April 30th and they told me my wig was done but they weren’t going to ship it out because it was their Chinese Labor Day until May 6th. Well I’m the meantime they deleted my account on their website and I messaged them again on the 7th via Instagram and they read the message and didn’t reply. I will never consider ordering from here again. Save yourself the time with having to dispute.
